If I could give them 0 stars I would.
The response time in regards to your property issues is ridiculously slow and you will not get your full deposit back even if your place is left spotless due to random charges and fees that are not mentioned in the lease. Save your money/time and go somewhere else. The management as a whole is garbage. It’s all about the money.

Only been her two weeks and I want to cry!!! It looks nice but has so many issues with this house that they just painted over it’s ridiculous. The owner fired them and now I’m a sitting duck not knowing who to pay my rent too and who is going to fix all these issues.

Most disappointing experience. One would think that they would have some idea of customer service, well that’s not the case.
We were looking for apartments for $800 or less and we came across one that we liked. We set up an appointment for 9AM and waited in the parking lot for 15 mins, so when we called the owner, he said oh we rented that unit out. He didn’t even bother to call us and tell us not to come. Waste of time.
Then we went to see a second apartment the owner, Rick Solomon, proceeded to bark at us and didn’t even let us get a word in when we tried to ask questions. He was very

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!!! The owner Rick Solomon is beyond rude and does not care at all about any Of your issues. They only care about the empty units. Rick came to my unit to look at our broken windows, that I’ve been broken for months, and while he was there proceeded to yell at me and lecture me about how I do not understand how the rental service works and how maintenance gets done around here. I told him I was going to go inside and call the manager And as I try to go in my apartment and close the door he stormed at my door and try to force himself in. At this point I was terrified

Set up an appointment to view a property on my lunch break and when I arrived nobody was there. I called the company and they told me they had been trying to get ahold of me all week (which is a lie, my phone number was correct and NEVER received ANYTHING from them) to tell me the unit had been rented already. The last email I received said 1030 on the 7th was the earliest they could show it, which is the appointment I took. I'm not even really mad just at least be professional enough to not lie about it, and don't make it sound like I did something wrong when all I wanted was to put money in your

The absolute WORST from start to finish. I had my property listed with AP while I’ve been stationed away from MO (last 10 years); each and every experience with them was a battle. He takes advantage of military and I wouldn’t recommend his service to my worst enemy.

Great customer service! My husband and I recently moved to the area. From a thousand plus miles away we heard about Alpha Property Management. When I first spoke with Barbara, right away we knew this would be the place we needed in order to help meet our rental needs. Our experience with Rick and Barbara has been amazing! Rick is very thorough and really cares to meet the customers needs! Being that we traveled 18 hours to get here we have had nothing but a POSITIVE experience with Alpha Property Management. I'm a firm believer that if you don't have something nice to say, it should not be said at all. There are also times harsh criticism is deserved.
My wife and I a while ago were searching for a house to rent while saving to buy a home. Our budget was 900$ we could spend on rent, not counting utilities. Needless too say I was almost personally offended at some of the properties (atrocities) we were shown. We kept on being told that 900$ a month is simply not enough to get anything better by the agent giving us the tours of his properties. Two weeks later we found a beautiful place for even less

My family has been renting a home with Alpha for two years (starting our third). They have always been very prompt at responding to maintenance requests and I have thus far been quite pleased with the agency. Rick has been very polite, professional and pleasant to work with regarding any matter. I would recommend Alpha Property Management for anyone looking to rent a home in the area. If possible I will update this review with our move out experience as well when the time comes. Overall, they seem to be a great agency and do their best to make sure their tenants are taken care of!
