I live here in the summer. It is well maintained and close to everything. Resturants, groceries, movies, shopping, etc. Everything is within walking distance.

Beautiful condominium building with elegant, statuesque lobby area, impeccably clean (this is especially evident in the "back of the house" - impressively clean!), fabulous location on the edge of Kaka'ako and a short walk accorss the street to Ala Moana Beach Park. Lovely place!

Can't beat the view. And you know that developers can't build anything in front of your million dollar view, unless they start building in on Ala Moana Beach Park.

As a 20 year owner/resident of Nauru Tower, it continues to be a pleasure for me call it home. It's all about convenience ... Everything you need is within a short walking distance ... you don't need to pull out your car just to leave the house. Now that Ala Moana Center is completed, no need to leave the area at all. The security and housekeeping staff are cheerful and always addresses you by name ... every resident I've met so far are friendly and nice. It's like living in a resort ... a paradise within paradise.

I live in Nauru Tower and it's a great building in the heart of Kaka'ako. The views are incredible. From my unit I can clearly see the entire southern shore of Oahu from Diamond Head to Barber's Point. I love watching the Friday night fireworks, and walking to church, restaurants and shopping. My husband loves the salt water pool and two hot tubs. I appreciate the security and NEVER feel like I'm being watched. The gardens around the building, on the entertainment decks and inside the lobby, are beautiful and well maintained. I couldn't ask for more.

Good building, lots of amenities! But maintenance fee is a lot of money. Someone's gotta pay for all those amenities.

Stunning Condo building. We stayed with some friends here for a week. The building and landscaping are beautiful. The staff are friendly and do an impeccable job with keeping the site clean. Not one thing out of place in the time we were there.

Very prime location, with sweeping views of either mountainside or Oceanside. The downside to living in this place is that sometimes you are being watched by Security so much and with such scrutiny that it is oftentimes a bit awkward and uncomfortable. They will approach you and confront you. Sometimes I feel like they are more mindful of what the residents are doing inside the building than monitoring who is coming inside the building.

Also, there is no cold water. Only Luke warm and hot.

I had the opportunity to check out a unit in here. Can you say, "WoW!" The unit I was in had a panoramic ocean view! I would never close my curtains! I know it's one of the older buildings in the area comparatively to Hokua, Koolani, etc...but I still say it's a great place because of the unobstructed view!
