For 30 years, the Doc & Gayle Young Food Drive has raised money to purchase food packs, which are distributed by volunteers to needy families on the Tuesday before Thanksgiving. The families receiving food packs are selected by the Austin Housing Authority and the Texas Department of Protective and Regulatory Services.

The guys that came were nice, but did not tell us before they arrived at 10:45am on a weekday to tear up the floor of our home office that we use everyday! The guy also let me know his boss was aware we work from home. Pretty terrible customer service and logistics. I hope their quality of work is better than their planning skills.

I oversee a portfolio of apartment communities in central Texas and have utilized many divisions of UCS over the years. Most recently, I had a situation where I needed housekeepers very quickly to address and occupied home. The team at UCS was very quick to respond to my request and was able to send an associate to the community right away. To take it a step further, the UCS associate did an amazing job in the apartment home and I received wonderful feedback from my resident. I am grateful for the teamwork involved in helping me to turn around a negative situation.

I just completed a double bathroom remodel project with Craig's crew at UCS and they were highly professional and knowledgeable throughout the process. I was very impressed with the attention to detail shown by the tile installer, electrician, painter and trim carpenter. There was daily communication from Craig, which helped us address all details. Their diligent work allowed us to meet our schedule in a timely manner. The best part was seeing what an amazing transformation they were able to create with the two bathrooms!

I had a minor flood and called UCS for a bid to replace what was needed and also what I wanted. They provided both quickly and worked with my insurance company to make sure every inch of my home was addressed. They negotiated with them to get me more than the original offer. I decided to do a full home renovation. Craig Bradshaw and his team were amazing. Not only professional but treated me like a friend helping me make decisions never trying to up sell me. They provided a progress report daily and were happy when I stopped by, I never felt like I was pestering them. The work was done perfectly

This company was called to do my move out cleaning. They stole items from my garage and denied it. There were very few items in the garage and they took everything that was useable which included a box fan, which was plugged in in the garage (and had the remote control taped to it), a chair (they denied having seen), and a ready mop, as well as a few yard tools. They weren't supposed to touch the garage but they boxed all of the remaining items (primarily trash) up into boxes in the corner and swept the garage. I did go through the boxes and my items were not there.

Based on the time this took to get the original appointment scheduled and providing that the service that was not conducted by the technician I will continue to look for other companies that are willing to conduct a true inspection and actually assess the situation before providing me a quote to treat something they did not even view for themselves but rather viewed from the original mold inspection I paid $650 for by Mold Inspection Sciences. The tech did not come for his original scheduled appointment and then the following day he was 45 minutes late. The original date I requested the estimate
