Responsiveness, communication, and price were all good until it mattered.
I had an 8 AM appointment. I emphasized to them I had a flight to catch and on time service was important. It's a 20-30 minute job.
I show up early. 8 AM comes and goes. I'm in a storage unit, which requires a code to get in. So i called them, left a message, left a message on Yelp to let me know if they were coming or there or whatever. I run an errand at 815. I get a call at 830 with an apology. No problem. Let's go. Then came the excuses, which are too many to name here.
They asked to come

Hi, These guys are awesome. I contacted many in the area, the quotes were higher than Clutter Brothers. They were initially planned to come Wednesday morning, but called up Tuesday evening around 6.30Pm as they were near the area. Came in 15 mins.. and they were done with the job in next 15 mins. No hassle business. I will definitely do business with them next time. Thanks.

I am so glad I called around and found Clutter Brothers. First off, they are non franchised and locally owned. Their service was top notch and the price is unbeatable- way less than the competition. I had my old hot tub removed and it was done so quick. They definitely know what they’re doing. I will for sure use their service again if need be.

This company is first rate. Called me back within minutes. Local business. Kept me apprised of their arrival time. They were careful moving the furniture in my house and careful taking what I wanted to junk out of my house. We have used Clutter Brothers twice now.
First and foremost they are friendly and polite. They offer free quotes of course, and most times show up ready to work in case you agree to have them haul your junk.
Prices are fair and they do a good job. Sweeping up after themselves and getting everything done in a timely manner.
Besides that, they are local. I'm always down to support a local company.

I put in a quote on this app and got a response almost immediately. They came at the time they had approximately set up with 30 mins advanced notice. They charged reasonably and completed the job expeditiously. We will be using them again. Thanks guys.

They didn't show up for the job. I was left to move everything myself. I even proactively confirmed with them the night before, and I was told "we'll see you tomorrow." I tried calling and leaving messages, but I didn't get any response. Three hours later, I received an apologetic call asking if I could reschedule :(

Clutter Brothers are awesome! I have used them twice now, and plan to schedule another junk removal. The first job was large, there was a ton of old sod I needed removed. Chris and his team were prompt, efficient, courteous and the communication was excellent. The second job was smaller, and I received the same great service. I highly recommend them!

My schedule kept changing for work but they were very accommodating. Got everything moved out and at a reasonable price.
I would definitely use them again.
Bonus: I live in a 5-story building with a parking garage. They used a flatbed truck and were able to easily get stuff out of my 3-floor storage unit.

Clutter Bros is a great company to deal with. I requested a quote on Yelp and it came back very competitive. They were very friendly, fast to respond and punctual. Chris and Jay were so friend, polite, and efficient! They did the job in a timely manner, and also went above and beyond! They noticed that my pipe had a slow drip after removing the hose and they reminded me via text to contact maintenance the next day to get it taken care of! I called Clutter Brothers about 9am this morning to schedule a pick up of a few large items that I needed hauled off. I was amazed that they could do it today!! Not only today but a little earlier than originally planned as the job just before mine was so close. This made my life so much easier as I have furniture being delivered tomorrow and now I don't have to walk around the stuff that I was getting rid of.
They were quick to get the items out of the house and loaded

I had called several other junk removal businesses and hot tub removal businesses and got extremely high quotes. The two gentlemen gave me a very fair price, communicated with me quickly through yelp and were so prompt, professional and friendly. These guys beat the price of 6 other places and they could do the entire job where as others needed me to hire out separately to get the hot tub disconnected. They worked very hard, very fast and I would recommend these guys over anyone in town!

This Company is the real thing. After much frustration dealing with the power company, Waste Management and others dealing with tearing down a small house in a Sparks alley, it was SO refreshing dealing with someone whose word means something, actually calls you back, and follows through! Chris was extremely professional and did everything he said he would do, at a very reasonable price. He returned calls immediately, was on the job when he said he would be, and always on time - even early, for every meeting.
