Simply, it is a contract between the Buyer and their Agent for the purpose of locating and purchasing a home or property. In any real estate transaction, there are two parties involved, the Seller and the Buyer. Traditional real estate agents work for the Seller. A Seller's Agent: Lists the property for sale.
I recently closed on a ski condo with Buyer's Resource. My realtor was Kelsey and she worked very hard to help me find the condo I was looking for. We worked with Chris Eby last summer in our attempt to buy a condo in Breckenridge. Being from Florida, it was important to have a realtor who would work hard for us. Much of the preview g was done by internet, with Chris doing a preview of any listing that looked promising. Even though we were looking in a seller's market, we were able to get a contract on our second visit to Breck. That's when the real work began. Chris did an amazing job of representing us during contract negotiations all the way through closing. We ciuld not have asked for better representation..

Kelsey and Chris did a fantastic job of accommodating us on our search for our mountain home.
