We had asked Demers to give us a proposal for the replacement and repair of several of our windows. They initially came out and walked through our house and identified which windows needed to be repaired and or replaced. We received the bid from them, but it didn't match what we discussed. We have tried to call several times to get it corrected. They have not responded to any of our calls and don't seem interested in doing our project at all. They're followup and customer service don't seem to be very important to them. I would not recommend calling them if you actually

10/10, would recommend. These guys provided great pricing and offered great communication. Even when our windows were delayed due to COVID, they were super helpful and friendly along the way.
Where they really shined was their on site service. Their consultation and installation teams were such a joy to work with. Their installation was incredibly quick, very high quality, and all of the employees were friendly and a joy to have around.
This probably won't be our first time replacing old windows and sliding doors in an old house, so I'm sure we'll go with them again.

I sent them pictures of a broken mirror which I wanted to replace the glass in. They said they could do it, so I drove 45 minutes to drop it off. I got an email back later saying that they were having trouble finding a backing that would work. I made a suggestion that I thought might work, but I never heard back from them. After a month went by, I sent another email. Two days later I got an email back that they can't fix the mirror. I totally understand if they can't do it, but its not great customer service.

This place is great! We have an arched opening in an inside wall in our house and wanted to put glass in it. After finding Demers Glass, LLC on the web we decided to take a pattern of what we wanted to them. We followed the signs there and once we arrived we were treated so good. They completely understood what we wanted and we got it within a week. I will go to them with future needs and highly recommend them to anyone with glass needs.

I certainly would recommend their glass service. Patti was very professional and helpful and provided me with multiple options for the work I wanted done. Chad and Michael were prompt with their service and got right to work. They even removed, altered and replaced my security bars after completing their work. They cleaned up thoroughly after they finished the installation of 3 large windows. They even vacuumed my carpets. They were personable and hard working, they were also very happy to answer my frequent questions. For anyone needing this kind of service I would encourage the use of this company

Went with another company no spevial reason just did. So i cant say much about this company. Since you replied i will go further. Your first review was neither negative or positive i was being neutral. 2nd review. I reveived 5 automatic emails from 5 different companies. As i recall i did respond to all of them with as much information as i could or had or knew. I dont work in the window business. One company had a 3 window minimum. I was looking to just replace 1 window but will now be replacing 2 windows. no one called me from your company. I will not and do not have to try and track down a

AWESOME SERVICE! Timely response to my quote request. I appreciated Patti's emails and follow up phone calls to keep me in the know of arrival times. The install team was on time and paid attention to detail. They left the install area cleaner than they found it. The doors look great and give our entry area a much needed upgrade. Demer’s Glass is amazing! They show up when they say they will and they do excellent work. They are a super honest company as well. They found a scratch on a piece of glass that they installed and immediately pointed it out to me. I may not have even noticed it myself but, they were not going to let it slide. They ordered a replacement piece and promptly replaced it. Fantastic to see honesty and quality work from a company in this day and age. I will gladly recommend Demer’s Glass to all my friends and neighbors.

Bad experience... it took them 5 trips and they never completed the work.
Over a year ago, they came out and measured 2 broken windows at our home.
They called us with the price, we accepted their bid, they eventually contacted us for install... they showed up with the wrong size glass, we waited many weeks for this. They measured again...
We waited many more weeks, scheduled install, they installed one piece correct, the other had the wrong grid layout, we paid for the one piece of glass they installed. They measured again...

I called them for an estimate and they were here in a few hours. Got everything I needed and the installation to replace my living room window was done quickly. Staff and the field installer, David, was knowledgeable and friendly. I will be definitely calling them again when it is time to replace the rest of my home windows.
