My husband and I were deep in debt due to job loss, moving across country twice and having to live off credit cards. We had thought about bankruptcy, but were always scared of that word and what it could mean. So, we waited until things got too bad. We finally decided to see Miller & Miller to get some questions answered.

At Miller & Miller Law, LLC, we live and work in the communities we serve. We have offices conveniently located in Milwaukee, Madison and Kenosha.
A number of years ago, back in the late '80s, I was involved in a family business that was facing serious financial problems. In the end, the decision was made to file bankruptcy for the business. At the time the business bankruptcy was filed, my father became ill, and I took on the responsibility of taking the business through the Chapter 11 filing process.
At Miller & Miller, we take our responsibility as officers of the court very seriously. We have both a professional and moral obligation to ensure that everyone has equal access to our justice system, and that the administration of that system is fair to all. Many people attempt to file bankruptcy cases pro se, which means without a lawyer.
Every year, our firm grants a $500 scholarship to a Wisconsin high school senior planning to attend a four-year accredited college or university. To be considered for the Miller & Miller scholarship, students submit a minimum 500-word essay on an assigned topic related to bankruptcy or financial literacy.

Not just knowledgeable, but deeply compassionate. How often does a lawyer tell you that now isn’t the best time to work with them because it wouldn’t be in my best interest right now, but that they are happy to help me out in a few months when it would be in my best interest. So many things ran through my mind , Because to me this is embarrassing

Miller & Miller Showed me that there's people that still care in the world and that there not only professionals but a group of compassionate people. The day I called was God sent . The attorney new I was emotional and something was wrong out the normal day to day.Instead of brushing me off he showed compassion and offer guide me in right direction and had another attorney follow up and before I was awake he was emailing texting concerns, And no this isn't a big law matter of any kind. It's just a group of attorney's that still stand for value and integrity .

I was stressing about my financial situation regarding my bills I acquired duirng COVID and my own stupid mistakes. I was researching the option of doing a Chapter 128, and Miller and Miller was at the top of my search list. I contacted them via an online form and within 15 minutes I received a phone call from one of their staff. While I forget his name, he was very professional and pleasurable to talk with.

The people at this law firm are INCREDIBLE!! Right from the owner (attorney Miller) on down through the staff. They are very professional and accommodating. While filing a bankrupcy can be a very stressful and unpleasant experience, the folks at Miller and Miller make it very easy. There are no judgements, no looking down on you and no overcharging for a case as so many other attorneys have been known to do just to make more money to line their pockets. For a long time i.had a real distrust of ALL LAWYERS!! I talked to several other law offices before settling on Miller and Miller. Why??? Because

I can not say enough about Miller & Miller . If you need help with any of your credit concerns , do not use any body else . When I called in the receptionist was very polite , and set me up with an appointment with Mark at 4:30 . He listened to my concerns for about 30 minutes and set up an appointment with Joe Coll for Saturday . We talked and set up an appointment for Monday . Joe is the best . He treats you like you are family or a very good friend . We set up a game plan . Joe has empathy for what you are going through . I was trying to deal with this for 12 years . He is getting things resolved

I have to say, that I am absolutely impressed with Miller and Miller. They work with you financially, help you thru all of the steps and tell you exactly what needs to happen. Unfortunately, I did not take advantage of all the programs they have, so I have myself to blame, but they were quite effective in walking me thru the aftermath. Yes, you have to do some legwork, but they guide you thru the process, and they fight for you. I would highly recommend them. A HUGE shout out to Joe...he has been Great thru this, always responding timely, and reassuring. Thanks!!!!!

I wish I could give Miller and Miller 10 stars. They were always there to answer all my questions, they walked me through the process and took my case when I had less then 24 hours to get all documents complete and filed. They are a company I would gladly and proudly refer my friends to, if they ever need help. They treat you as if you are their only client...They are a company who understands that when people come to them they are scared, confused and they take their time to explain all your options and suggest which one they feel would work best for you.
