Hotsy gasoline powered cold water pressures washers are available in many styles, but all use gasoline as the energy source to run the high-pressure pump. I have had nothing but great experiences here. Whether I have a technical problem or just a simple question, the technicians and owner are always eager to help out and get me squared away. Today I came to them with a problem that I had on my small pressure washer. I needed to set up a bypass hose and it took about $50 worth of miscellaneous parts from Home Depot, I think six in total. I showed the technician and he said, “we got the perfect thing”. He had one part that replaced the six parts I had bought from Home Depot at about half the price as well. Never had such good customer service in my entire life. Brought a hotsy system down here that was running properly. They offered to try a few solutions by swapping out parts for free so we wouldmt purchase anything that wouldn't fix the problem. They gave us all kinds of information on our system that we weren't aware of. Just very knowledgeable and helpful.
