I had a complex issue with accessing a client's software system. Matt Holmes @ Pegasus worked efficiently over a 2 day period to ensure that I would be able to access the system as soon as possible. I was extremely pleased with the Pegasus tech, Thomas, who arrived on time with my new Dell tower. He worked nonstop for 8 hours to complete my set up and re install many software programs. He was competent, polite, and best of all, listened to my requests. When we hit some roadblocks, he was amenable to contacting my salesperson from Pegasus.
I especially appreciated his suggestions about saving my old tower information for 2 weeks, to be sure we had transferred all my data. In these days where professionalism is a dying art, Pegasus staff are bucking the trend. Keep up the great work!

Our business has been working with Pegasus for quite some time now and their impact on our business was never more evident than this week. I have never been personally or professionally hit by a virus, but this week had other things in store. Fortunately for us, Pegasus realized the virus even before I could see the mass confusion occurring in my e-mail. They immediately stopped all traffic in and out of my e-mail box and saved many people in my address book the inconvenience of unsolicited spam. We have been using Pegasus Technologies for years and have always been extremely satisfied. Their professionalism and quick response time to any problem we have continues to exceed our expectations. We love that they are willing to work during all hours of the night to help resolve issues or perform updates since we are very busy during the day and rely on our computers at all times. Had a disastrous start to the day today, after yesterday's storm damage which shut down our power and apparently had an impact on one of our key user's computers. After a desperate call to Pegasus, their technician Michael arrived a short time later and went to work on what was a fairly extensive restoration after determining that the hard drive was no longer operational. He thoroughly investigated the remaining data and determined what would be needed and spent the afternoon bringing it back to life. What could have had impact for days or weeks has been resolved in a matter of hours and given
