Built in 1921, our history, architecture, and charm make for an amazing wedding experience!. Windsor Manor offers a flat rate so you won't be nickle and dimed! Venue rental for a Saturday wedding and reception is $3,000 and Fridays and Sundays are $2,500.
Windsor Manor is located eight miles southwest of downtown Augusta, at 3594 Windsor Manor Road, Hephzibah 30815 (also known as 3594 Windsor Spring Road). Most car gps will not know either address. We suggest using google maps or waze. Our driveway is off Crosscreek Road directly across the street from the Sprint Gas Station/Walton Ridge Community.

After having served as an officiant for two decades and having lived in the Augusta area for 12 years, I have seen every wedding venue around. Or so I thought. With the date locked in months in advance, I did some research online to see where and what this venue had to offer. The location felt like it was a house tucked away in the woods yet still within earshot of a major road. That turned out to be accurate. We recently had our wedding at Windsor Manor in October. The Manor itself is absolutely beautiful in an eclectic way that fit our aesthetic. All of our guests were so impressed. The venue is reasonably priced. The owner Ian was such a delight to work with. We actually postponed our wedding from 2020 and he was so accommodating. He was also super helpful in recommending other vendors and giving advice. Truly a wonderful experience working with him.

Windsor Manor is a wonderful 100 year old building that we had a family wedding at. There is a gravel road leading up to the place and parking is in the grass. The landscaping is beautiful and well maintained. The home has a bunch of unique artwork and interesting items hidden throughout. There are many great areas for photos and a large building used for the dining area. If you're looking for a special wedding venue, check this place out.

Beautiful. Relaxed. Easy. Perfect. In August 2021, my daughter was married at Windsor Manor, and the day was perfect. We were more than pleased with the venue and Ian, the owner. Working with Ian was so very easy. He has created a wonderful and unique place to be married. I highly recommend for anyone looking for a venue, take the time to tour the venue and talk with Ian.

Mr. Ian runs the beautiful wedding venue. He is very professional and answered every question we had. The interior of the Manor is very beautiful. The bridal suite and the groom's suite are very well stocked with amenities. The inside and outside are perfect for pictures. Ian has a list of recommended photographers, caterers, bakers, and DJs. For the DJ, I highly recommend Magic Sound Productions. That was Ian's suggestion and we absolutely loved him. I highly recommend Windsor Manor as a perfect wedding venue. We held the reception here also and Ian had it decorated beautifully.

If I could give more stars, I would! Windsor Manor is absolutely fabulous!!! I had the pleasure of getting married here and have received countless compliments. The decor and setup of the location itself is absolutely stunning and not your normal "cookie cutter" rental space. Ian went above and beyond my expectation to ensure the day went smoothly and has great recommendations for vendors that work with the site. Absolutely a must see for all potential ceremonies and receptions!!
