I've built my career on the philosophy that everyone deserves a day in court. I treat every case as if it is going to trial. From our very first meeting, my experienced paralegal team and I work to collect evidence and prepare for anything the insurance companies and other large corporations might present.
I help those in vulnerable situations, those who are confused, and those who are being bullied by insurance companies and large corporations after Personal Injury, Wrongful Death, and Sexual Abuse. I am your advocate. I meet with all my clients, face-to-face, at the first meeting to learn about their cases and answer all of their questions.
Our fees are handled on a contingency basis. This means there is no fee unless there is a recovery. If we are able to obtain a settlement without a lawsuit, the fee is 33.3% of the settlement. If we need to file a lawsuit, the fee is 40%. First, move to a safe place so that you do not obstruct traffic and risk being injured further.
