If I could zero stars, I would. Not only was the guy 1 hour and a half late, but he couldn’t find where we where and we had to go find him! Then they were only willing to take 50$ off of 182. Thats whatever, it’s better than nothing until they tried to charge to DROP OFF and PICK UP (100$) absolutely not, will never order from them. Never received an apology and the guy in charge tried to lie, saying he told me about the drop off and pick up free which is false. Telling a customer their lying isn’t very professional. Our party started at 5, he didn’t show up until 6:37, and they didn’t

Truly Affordable Inflatables! You definitely get what you pay for and they have great communication skills both Darin and Sam (whom delivered and picked up the equipment). They also delivered earlier than expected and that was a plus. I ordered the bouncer with water slide and 5 tables with 20 chairs. They were in loved condition but expected for the price. Would recommend and use them again.

1) showed up an hour late for my daughter’s 8th birthday party, even though he said we might even be able to have it the day before
2) slide was very worn, not in good shape, some kids and adults were mildly injured
3) not affordable or competitive prices, paid $367! Was offered a $20 discount for our trouble
4) still waiting for slide to be picked up the next day
5) poor communication, ignored texts
6) offered $25 for next time- needless to say there will not be a next time with this company
7) was nervous the entire time whether or not they would show up on time and my worry was justified
