This company used to be reputable when my husband and father before him owned it. Brent Semple sold the company in 2015 to Asset Intelligence Group, owner of, Asset IQ, Golf asset marketplace, Agriculture market place, Asset Realty Advisors. They changed the name to Semple International, since then the company has been known to run bids up on absolute auctions, sell merchandise that was property of vendors & sell property to be deemed mortgaged by reputable lendor. They also were forced to take down their ratings on Facebook because they were declining so bad. I am leaving this review so that people
