The man & woman that oversee the property are rude. Idk if they truly care about the property or the long term campers! Currently rent is $475 per mo. The amenities that are to be included is free cable, free WiFi, a swimming pool, electricity, water sewage, on-site laundry and most recently an old small bldg for social events (new since junk was removed and cleaned up a couple months ago). You're lucky if they answer phone during office hours! The WiFi came over on Noah's ark and leaves much to be desired. The pool never opened in 2021 and Covid 19 was not the reason. There's no heat in the public

Pool is empty, lots of mosquitoes at night, bath are filthy, light in laundry room flickers. It caters to permanent residents. But for the price... You get what you pay for.

Avoid this place if you can. Bathrooms are marginal and have holes in screens, letting in bugs (mosquitoes). Pool is empty. Management is rude. Water pressure is low. Mosquitoes everywhere. This camp ground caters to long term stays and only had 4 spaces for transients. This camp needs general refurbishment. We won't return.

The owner greets you when you walk into the office with a scowl on his face, he seems permanently angry about everything even when receiving money. So you’re received as if you are an inconvenience to his day.
The spaces might be decently wide and quiet if you are all the way in the back of the park, but that's where the positives end. The pool has been empty and unusable for at least 8 months, supposedly this is because of a lack of paint, yet who drains their pool in Florida at the start of the summer season? The gym doesn’t exist, the “pavilion” is a bug-filled storage room, unusable

I gave it a one Star but really it's a negative 2. It's not kept up at all. Common areas are disgusting and unusable. The managers are very rude and not pleasant to deal with. Will never return here again.

If I could leave a negative review I would. Manager lady is very unfriendly and unwelcoming. All their “amenities” are a joke. The gym as advertised is non existent. Pool is right by the road and very small. Campground is right by a noisy road. Lots are not as advertised( very small & unmaintained). I’m literally parked in dirt. I asked to move to a lot away from the road a little bit because I have a dog and was told no because of other potential customers. There were several other lots we could have moved to. Hopefully I never have to come back to this dump!!

This park is very quiet. Everyone pretty much leaves you alone, unless you do something you didn’t know was wrong, then the manager will get into you. It needs new management. The lots need to be kept cleaner. I never went in the bathrooms. The laundry room is usually clean, but it didn’t have hot water for the washers. The office hours are crazy, and they don’t let you know if they are going to be closed, so if your rent is late, it is your fault. When we first got there, I was told it was a 50 and over park, my husband is, and I’m not far behind. Yet there are a few people living there

Did not stay, but checked it out as a possibility. Looks run down, pool appears serviceable. A lot (most) of the trailers/RVs are old, some (very long term) were held up on cement blocks. There were a few relatively new ones tho. The office and out buildings are borderline ramshackle. Lots of exposed wiring at sites. We did not look close at the bathrooms but the doors were open as we drove by. Looked ok.... Bottom line-- Rates are cheap so you get what you pay for. The only reason for two stars was that we were challenged by I assume was a manager who asked what we were doing. At least they check

Horrible experience, we we not given a code to get into the bathrooms, made multiple phone calls and nobody ever returned our call. When we finally did get a code 3 hours after we arrived from another camper the bathrooms were filthy. We had to cross the busy road to use the bathrooms at the gas station. The whole place was run down and old. The pool was locked. We paid $50 for our site, when I called to ask for a discount the management was rude and unhelpful.

If I could give this place a negative star I would. The manager and his girlfriend are excessively rude. In my opinion, they seem to think they are better than others. This is a restricted age campground. No children allowed type of place. The grounds look like they haven't been taken care of for many years. The `rec room' is a storage place for junk. The campers there look like they are long term residents and many of the RVs look like they are pieced together or falling apart. One camper lives in a bus and it definitely needs repairs. The laundromat has ancient rusty washers and dryers. They
