Main Street Dental started as an idea and concept in the Fall of 2012. Dr. Benjamin Hall, a Major in the USAF Dental Corps stationed at the USAF Academy at the time, desired to come back home to put down roots with his family, and was working through how he would launch his career in private practice.
Dr. Henderson hails from Mountain Home, Arkansas. She earned a Bachelor's degree from Ouachita Baptist University and attended dental school at the University of Tennessee College of Dentistry. She now lives in Bentonville with her husband, Will, and dog, Baxter. She brings the same heart and spirit that you have come to know at our office, and we are excited for what the future of Main Street Dental holds under her new leadership.
We are currently in network with Delta Dental, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, United Concordia, Assurant, United Healthcare, Met Life, and certain plans under DHA. We are looking into partnerships with other insurance companies at this time, and may add to this list. Please note that we file ALL insurances as a courtesy to our patients.

I was visiting from out of town, thees days before Christmas when my tooth suddenly started hurting, a lot. They fit me in that afternoon, and they were all so nice. Dr Henderson diagnosed the problem, treated me for immediate relief, and gave me options for long term resolution, either locally, or back home. My trip is not ruined, my vacation is intact, and I’m still having fun visiting. Thank you Main Street Dental. ♥️

I broke a tooth on Christmas Day, turns out the Army dentist at Ft Huachuca who did the filling in that tooth didn't do it right. The VA, unsurprisingly, took a month and a half to deliberate whether or not they would fix the tooth, and then (also unsurprisingly) told me I was on my own.
Main Street Dental, however, were more than happy to see that my tooth was squared away as painlessly as possible. This is probably the safest and cleanest dental office I've ever been to, they were even kind enough to cut me a Veteran's discount (which I really appreciated very much.) My husband

My family and I are new residents of Bentonville and were looking for a dentist. Dr Sydney came highly recommended & I was super impressed! I had an amazing experience. Staff was kind, helpful & extremely accommodating during Covid. They took every precaution to make me feel comfortable and relaxed. I give them a 10 out of 10.

Came in for the first time needing a chipped front tooth fixed. Dr. Hall was very meticulous and ended up making my tooth look even better than it did before. It was apparent that he is passionate about his work. I am very pleased and proud to show my smile now. Dr. Hall and his staff were super friendly as well. I will definitely be back for future cleanings and dental work!

I have moderate anxiety when it comes to any type of dental work. Today was my first visit to Main Street Dental. Also the first time I was somewhat calm for a cleaning! Dr. Hall and all his staff are great. Before even scheduling the first new patient appointment, they answered all my emails in a timely, professional and friendly manner. I took my kids and myself first and promptly sent my husband afterwards. My third child will be going ASAP. Cleaning and routine exam went as expected. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. There are lots of dentists in the area but Dr. Hall's office stands out.

Just moved to the area and chose Main Street Dental due to the amazing reviews. My expectations were surpassed when Cindy accommodated some scheduling issues. Awesome customer service! My teeth cleaning went great and I'm feeling squeaky clean! I was cavity-free but Dr. Hall was great and very personable and honest. Beyond satisfied!

I went to see Dr. Hall on a tooth that was hurting bad. He gave me some antibiotics which the dentist that was scheduled to pull it didn't do. The antibiotics did its job and it stopped hurting. I finally went… back and he did a great job of numbing my mouth, unlike a dentist vist many many years ago. He got the tooth out without any pain and really liked the fact he texted me later that afternoon to see how I was doing. Highly recommended Dr. Hall. Great job sir.

Like so many people out there, I've had a number of bad dental experiences in my past. This has caused me to neglect going to the dentist since I moved to Bentonville a few years ago. I found this cute little dentist office right down the street on an evening run one night, and am SO glad I went with my gut and made an appointment. Cindy was AMAZING and made sure I was happy and comfortable the entire process. Not to mention she played the Beatles for me the entire time. I can not rave enough about this place, so if you have been putting off the dreaded dentist due to negative experiences
