Just used Al's Tinting for my house tinting. Called Al, provided measurements and got an awesome reasonable quote. I felt comfortable working with Al from my past experiences. He runs a honest 'up front' operations. The services and products are the best.
Rob came on time to tint my large 8' X 4' half moon window. Rob's vibes were professional and very confident in what he was tasked to performed. Another companies needed 2 to 3 guys to install but Rob was the one and only person for the job. He properly came in the house with 'house' shoes

First time coming to Al's tinting. Called and set an appointment for my 2021 Toyota Sienna. Day of my appointment, he was very thorough and the many options and also had a demo for me to feel differences and not all tints are created equal. I ended up getting all ceramic tint and a windshield strip. I like the outcome of it and definitely feel a huge difference of how much cooler and the a/c doesn't work so hard on hot and humid days.

Contemplated blacking out the chrome trim around the windows and finally decided to check this place out. Went in to get a quote. Parked by Lex Brodie's because there were no stalls open in front of the business. Spoke to a worker who automatically assumed I wanted tinting done. When I explained why I
came in he called Al the owner. Al was business like and asked to look at my car. We walked over and he shared that the job could be done answered my questions and gave me a price. Set up the appointment and off I went.

They did a good job. But they should let you know what happens afterward when water gets into the crevices either between door and window or windshield and dash (not sure which one) My instrument panel went nuts til the next day. I guess moisture and electronics don't go well together. Problem went away after moisture evaporated. Tint looks great tho!

With the long holiday weekend ahead, I called Al's on Friday (07/02) and knew the chances of them having an opening for the very next day would be slim but I asked anyways LOL; they didn't, but they were able to offer me the following Monday! The guy I spoke

Took my 300zx to get re tinted they did an amazing job of removing the old tint I had on the car and installing the new ceramic film he even pulled of a request I had for removing my old windshield banner there a great shop that do quality work will definitely be coming back to do more business with these guys

Great job guys! My tint was too dark to pass the Hawaii vehicle inspection when I moved here and Al's got me in quickly, and replaced my tint at a really fair price. The staff was amazing and even gave me a referral for some mechanic work I wanted to get done. Definitely recommend them if you have any tinting needs!

We were referred to Al's Tinting by a company that repairs glass (Affordable Auto Glass). I used the Yelp option to send questions/ requests to different companies- there are so many companies that tint- it was overwhelming to read all the reviews. The original tint had scratches and because the interior is dark I needed something where heat would not come through. I wanted to go for ceramic tinting w/ the UV tint in the front as well. After researching and reading reviews, I decided to check out Al's. I also added the extra strip on the windshield and let me tell you, a huge difference w/ the amount of heat coming through!!! The work is very good..however, they did not set my expectations right for waiting. I thought it would take 2 hours, instead it took 5.5hrs. I dropped the car off at 11am and didnt leave the shop until just about 430pm. They said my car windshield was large and difficult. I would have appreciated it if they just let me know ahead of time. Had I known it would be so long, I'd have gone home and gotten a ride back later. Instead, I walked around the mall on a crowded Saturday. Not my favorite thing to do for that many hours. The staff is friendly and the work is good.

Not super happy. Was referred by a worker at O'Reilly auto part- after great service- Albert said they'd take care of me. That didn't really happen. Charged $150 for a rear window only film replacement, no premium tint added this time.
No military discount offered but saw a free "take off" with check in- so thought that would be a great option for added value. Went to redeem but nothing upfront mentioned offer only valid with premium film only. Deceptive and not cool.
Customer service was nice but thought it was a bit pricey for a back window and only to be referred and not get that check-in

Got the LX 35 tint on my windows and I love it! My car feels much cooler when I am driving. It really makes a difference. I got the lightest tint on the windshield. It made it a tiny bit better, but I couldn't go any darker legally on the windshield.
Al did explain to me that bubbling within the month or so is normal. I noticed the bubbles and it went away over time. There is one bubble left and it had been three months. It's super tiny and when I roll up my window you can't see it. If it gets any bigger I'll make an appointment with Al.

When tinting my car I always go with higher quality films over just any black film. When I brought my car in to get my passenger window tinted from where it was broken into. I had WINCOS 20 (moved from a state that isn’t as strict about tint)on my car and since Hawaii’s government thinks they know what is best for me I couldn’t get my window re-tinted at 20%(most sunglasses are this dark or darker). Alan carries some WINCO but mainly deals with Madico. So far it’s seems to be holding up. Alan came in on his day off, sent me a text before the appointment
