Family owned over 25 yrs. Just went above & beyond to restore our water supply. Switch failed that they had replaced a couple of yrs. ago. They replaced with a larger heavy duty unit and charged only for the cost dif between the 2 parts. IT WAS NOT UNDER WARRANTY. We r long time customers, they came on Saturday and replaced our well pump within a couple of hrs of our call.

I called D and L Pump Company today because my water would intermittently stop flowing. Austin and John were at my house within about 30 minutes of my phone call. They took their time trying to diagnose the problem instead of just trying to sell me a new well pump. They were professional, super friendly, and did a great job. I'd highly recommend them to anyone.

Late one evening, between Christmas and New Year, we noticed a serious problem with our well-water system. Water flow would repeatedly slow to a trickle, suddenly stop for a while and then resume. Clearly, something was not right with our system. We called D&L Pump Company and received a prompt response informing us that someone would be over at 8:30 next morning to resolve the problem. Austin and assistant (I think his name was John) arrived at 8:30 am as promised and fixed the water flow problem in less than an hour. Thank you, D&L team! It felt really good to not have to worry about our water

We woke up Monday with no water. After making a few calls we were referred to D and L Pump by our former well company. The receptionist and D and L Pump put me on their already jammed schedule as an emergency and assured me someone would stop by before the end of the day. As promised, I had a tech at my house by 4pm. He assessed the problem and started making calls to suppliers from my driveway to secure all the parts we need before the shops closed down. He made calls to multiple suppliers trying to source a new motor, pump and galvanized pipe. The techs Ed Jr. And John were so nice, answered

Fantastic does not describe what D&L provided. We returned to our home in NJ yesterday afternoon to find no water on our pump system. Through Home Adviser we found D&L late afternoon. They promised to come first thing this morning. They arrived at 8:30, diagnosed the problem, had the necessary parts, and got our water flowing. They also identified other problems related to our water, including a water softening system that had worked for months, and repaired them. They also opened windows and set up fans to counter the mold from Henri and Ida. Their bill for their remarkable service was

Life savors! We had just purchased our home and didn’t know anything about how our well worked& the necessary maintenance. We had lost water pressure about a week into moving into our new home. Used D&L for a total of 3 times. My rating is based on the cumulative experience and I'll break out each time.
First time was an emergency call, based on that experience alone it would have been 5 stars. They came out and replaced my well pump, continued working as it started snowing and into the night until it was done. Quite a phenomenal job. Based on that experience, I called them out again to replace my well pressure tank.
Which was the second time. I received a quote, the actual work was twice the quoted amount. So when the invoice came, it was quite the surprise. To make matters

I had my well pump and tank replaced last week by D&L in Stewartsville and I was very satisfied with the service. Call back and communication was good. Eddie Jr came and seemed like he really knew what he was doing. I was impressed with his knowledge. And they were very accommodating with me asking lots of questions since I've never had a well pump replaced before. They answered thoroughly and graciously. Very professional. I felt compelled to share the following: my family and I live in Readington township and 5 years ago we woke up on Thanksgiving day morning with NO water. We were hosting 28 people, we thought that no one would come on TG. in a panic we called D&L and they came right-over, pulled the well-head and were able to repair a severed wire. We lucked out that it was only that, but more importantly that D&L. I'm sure they wanted to enjoy the day too but they saved the day

I called D&L FOUR times lefty a message with this woman three times plus voicemail for coming and check my water pump which they installed in my house the time it was built but they NEVER got back to me!!!!!! Very disappointed with this company ! If you are in business it is a most call customers back!!!!

They made such a great effort to efficiently solve my problem and clearly explain everything to me step by step so I understood what needed to be done. After a day of not having running water, they managed to help me and have become my heroes! I have to say, they were made sure I understood most of what is in the basement!
