I was born and raised in South Carolina and am a graduate of Columbia College here in Columbia, SC.
Upon graduating, I worked for BB&T for 3 years before starting my insurance career with a State Farm agency in Florence, SC. My husband and I moved to Columbia to open open my agency on St. Andrews Rd in 2008. In my free time, I love being outside, watching baseball and spending time on Lake Murray with my husband and son.

I worked exclusively with Savannah Graham and she was absolutely wonderful! She was very patient as I wanted to meticulously go through the pricing for each line item before purchasing a new auto insurance policy, and even took the time to give me her personal contact so that I could work with her over multiple days. She was also very friendly and had no problem explaining each part of the policy, so I knew specifically what coverage I was paying for. She also worked hard to give me the best rate, incorporating as many discounts as possible for me and my fiance. Would highly recommend working with

Update: She replied to my comment alluding that I am not a prior patron - obviously I use an alias to protect my identity. I left this agent and my replacement agent has been amazing. I've added screenshots of communications to support my review. If someone is doing things right, why would they have to continually apologize?
