The worst experience I've ever had with an insurance agent. I cancelled my policy after it went up 15% during covid...although I was working from home. Was still charged for 2 months following the cancellation and when I asked for information on when this would be refunded I got attitude. I still haven't received a full refund for a mistake that was made by their office.

Today, I just received took my insurance out with Marc Ingram State Farm after being with Nationwide for years. The reason I decided to change was because I had noticed by bill going up more and more without an explanation. I had been receiving mailers from Marc's office asking me to change over the last few years.
