Waited almost 2 hours before seeing doctor. Before scheduling appointment I asked approximately how much my small procedure would cost and I was told no more than $150. I payed $85 for office visit, $150 for pathology and another $250 for procedure. This place is a total disaster. Please save your time and money and go elsewhere. If I could give negative stars, I would.

Well after many months, my cyst came back. This place is terrible! Jennifer Caudill reminds me of the dentist from the movie The Hangover. Thinks she's some important doctor but really, she's a nobody.

I feel fortunate to have Dr. Caudill as my doctor. She is kind, patient, concerned and bright. I have a fear of doctors. My anxiety level is sky high whenever I have to go to the doctor. When Dr. Caudill walks in the room all my fears go away. Her warm hug and caring heart, assure me that I am in the best of hands and she makes me feel that I am her most important patient. I have gone to several dermatologists, but known equal this brilliant young woman. The nurses and staff are patient and kind. I feel blessed to have such a skilled, intelligent caring doctor. I called as an emergency this morning after my dog bit my lip. They fit me in right away and were able to stitch me up. I felt I was in very good hands and was given options for treatment and what would be necessary for following up. I am brand new to the area and so happy to have found this office.

Being new to Michigan, sought a Dermatology appointment close to new home. Being a sun worshiper, I had a previous Doctor in NYS tell me to stay out of sun.( I was living in an area that on average has +150" of snow.)
I was thrilled to meet and be seen by Dr Caudill in a timely manner for my yearly exam. She assured me that I had continued to take care of my skin with proper SPF, and I was looking great. ..she answered all questions, provided new scripts for old problems.
Very pleased with not only her demeanor but the NPA, and all the staff. Now I dont mind going for my yearly exam, she is wonderful

While Dr. Caudill and her staff is very friendly, she didn’t spend more than 3 minutes with me on both of my visits. She rushed through the appts and I felt so bad that I didn’t mention all my concerns. I gave her a second chance after an extremely rushed first appt but she managed to give me a even worse experience the second time.

Incredibly unprofessional. i was given a topical to help with my acne. within weeks of using it my face started peeling so bad and moisturizing didn’t help it. when i called i was told to stop using it for a bit and start using it again. when i started it again the same thing happened so i stopped using it at all. when i went back, she was so insanely condescending. telling me that that’s obviously what was supposed to happen. “in all my years i’ve never had one patient who couldn’t handle that medication. it’s the lowest percentage there is.” when i wasn’t even told in the first

Saw Dr. Caudill today for multiple concerns. The staff is so friendly- from the front desk to the nurse/assistant. The building is extremely clean and comfortable.
Dr. Caudill was great- she addressed all concerns and explained in a straightforward way both the diagnosis and the treatment. She was fast and efficient yet kind and personable which to me made for a perfect visit. Some of these online reviews really surprised me that the appointment felt rushed- I didn’t feel that it was RUSHED, I felt that it was EFFICIENT. The office was able to get me in quickly for an appointment with them! from when I called. When speaking with Dr. Caudill she was able to help me clear up my skin condition and let me know that the chapsticks I was using was flaring up this condition and to remove them from my routine. Along with that and the antibiotic things cleared up for me! Answered all my questions I had too. I am so happy about this! I have been dealing with this skin condition for years and it was making me unhappy with my appearance. She was my second dermatologist I have seen in two years and I will keep coming here.

The waiting room was very aesthetically pleasing and the front office staff were friendly. Dr. Caudill was very brief and to the point, too much so in my opinion. She was in with me for less that two minutes, didn't introduce herself, took a quick look at the spot I came in for, and had her assistant spray it with liquid nitrogen. All of this happened in a rush without telling me what it was or what she was doing or what it would feel like. I asked what it was and didn't feel listened to during the brief exchange after.

Total waste of time and money! I came to this office for a skin condition which was never even looked at. Jennifer had her diagnosis before she even walked into the room! She immediately dismissed anything I had to say as ridiculous and that I had nothing serious wrong with me. I find her to be knowledgeable, caring and a no-nonsense type doctor who is professional, yet personable; efficient, thorough and direct; which is the type of doctor I seek out. My first appointment was to for her to look at an annoying mole on my scalp...which she froze off that day in office, then sent it out for lab.
How easy was that!??

My second appointment was two years later.
I seriously felt like my finger was two hand washes away from falling off. Bleeding, cracking, and a little bit of tears -I'd had enough.
With samples and a prescription, ease of appointment and care, my hand is now back to normal. (See dermatitis before/after pics)

I highly recommend both Dr Caudill and Dr Kado. I have had nothing but professionalism from both of them and their staff. All of my appointments have been completed in a timely manner. I've never had an issue with not being able to get an appointment, they've always worked around my schedule.

Dr. Caudill was so friendly. The office staff was also very nice. The wait was no longer than most dr offices. It is hard to get an appt but worth the wait! She knows what she is doing and makes you feel comfortable asking any questions. Best dermatologist in the area!

The wait was about a half hour, but once she came in she answered all my questions, did a thorough inspection and addressed of all my concerns and noticed something I didn't.

She was very professional, seemed genuinely concerned about my health and explained in detail the reasons for the issues and how to fix it.

Will definitely keep going back for any issues in the future.

Unimpressed. We waited 40 minutes for her to walk in and say less than 40 words in 40 seconds. She didn't ask for a history and her manners were impersonal. Felt like she just trying to make a quick dime.

I don't like having to write about poor customer service, but I was recently shocked at the relative disdain Dr. Caudill's office staff showed toward me related to what I thought was an exhorbitant charge.

The business manager called me to explain it, and she admitted she didn't understand it! The lesson here is be very careful. If you are paying anything out of pocket, ask what your procedure will cost (although I got the distinct impression they would prefer not to tell).
