The staff appeared to be mutually concerned with my issue even while on the phone with me before I actually arrived. They were professional and courteous enough to advise that while the assistance I needed was not within their normal protocol, they’d be willing to take a look and perhaps even make an exception. I can really appreciate the fact that they didn’t seem to be trying to avoid work, but on the contrary, appeared more willing to take on what could’ve been a difficult challenge. I plan to visit again soon.

I truly don't think there is a place in Henry County with better technicians. This is the place to go for repairs. The people up front are nice courteous and most important they communicate. It does not feel like a sales gimmick but a relay of information for me to make an informed decision on my vehicle.

My car broke down on my way out of town this past week. I looked online and found Alpha Automotive was close by & had good reviews so I decided to take my chances with them fixing my car. They were able to fix my car the next day and I was able to pick it up on Sunday with their handy key lockbox. I highly recommend anyone needing repairs on their car to go to Alpha Automotive. They were great at communicating through text and call & their prices were fair and honest.

I have been a loyal customer of Alpha Automotive for years....they are professional, seek to understand the best service routes to take for your vehicle based on use needs, age, and overall condition, always provide options to minimize cost and follow through on their commitments. They helped me drive my 1998 Explorer to almost 400k miles without paying the cost to replace a car in service costs :) and just this week, worked expeditiously to get my Maxima returned to me in time to meet some important personal commitments....they offered a loaner in the event they could not return the car, but the

My trunk lid wouldn’t open although my car sensor indicated it was. I therefore couldn’t lock my car properly or get into the trunk should I need the spare tire. I called the Volvo dealership
where I purchased my car and was told I would have to wait a over a month for an appointment. I couldn’t wait that long! I took my car to Alpha and within 2 days my car was properly fixed. I was notified upfront of the cost and approximately how long it would take to replace the trunk latch. My car was ready ahead of schedule! It works perfectly and I have found a new place to take my Volvo! Alpha technicians

Great Experience! My air went out at the worst time this Summer...thank God I have an extended warranty through my dealership! But the quick and efficient work at Alpha Automotive was what really made it all the better. Paul was very nice and helpful in making sure I had a thorough understanding of the process and got me taken care of without any issues. He said it would take about 3 - 4 days and that's exactly what it was. I have no complaints at all and am grateful to have had such a smooth and easy process with good customer service! Horrible phone etiquette! I’m new to the area as I just moved to Georgia so I’m not familiar with auto shops yet. I have an older model car and am aware of the work it needs. I called in this afternoon and spoke to someone name Travis? I did have quiet a few questions about different work needs on my vehicle but this guy just sounded like he did not want to help at all! He seemed annoyed and every time I spoke would say huh because he was obviously pre occupied so I would have to repeat myself in which I would get a short snippy response. I have a very close friend of mine who deals with them
