Meet Ashley our Booking Coordinator, wife, and Mom of three- two boys and a girl. Ashley has a bachelor's degree in Business Administration. Corporate banking was her home for 12+ years before a merger allowed her the opportunity to become a full-time Mom. Traveling is her favorite hobby! Cooking, grilling out and bowling are other top activities Ashley and her family enjoys.
Contact us with any questions regarding our package or if you would like to schedule your session. All sessions require a $100 non-refundable retainer, due at the time of booking which is applied toward the session. The remaining session balance must be paid in full 24 hours prior to session time. Retainers are non-refundable on all sessions including specials.
We have a referral credit program to show our appreciation to our clients who share our services with their family and friends. When you send someone my way, and they book a session with me (by paying their deposit) I will give you a $25.00 credit towards a session or additional image purchase. Up to $125 can be used towards a single session.
Maternity sessions are a perfect way to capture that short period of pregnancy. We love helping mamas feel gorgeous by dressing them up and showing them how gorgeous they are with their new curves. Clients can choose from our collection of over 100 gowns to style and customize their session.

Those first moments of Baby's life when they are serene and petite are so precious, but also so fleeting! Our newborn portrait sessions will capture those moments, turning them into timeless pieces of art for you and your family. Newborn sessions ideally take place within 21 days after birth to take advantage of Baby's natural squishiness.

I cannot express how happy I am I found this studio! We did a studio maternity and newborn session for our son. Ashley helped me book my session very easily with links and studio directions. Desiree was fantastic at posing me when I was a nervous since i have zero photoshoot experience. She made me feel sexy and confident. Her patience with our son during the newborn session was just what we needed. We will absolutely be back and I have already told my prego friends about these ladies.

Unresponsive, rude, passive aggressive and unprofessional all under the guise of having their own children as an excuse to not respond for months. Good luck contacting them if you need anything and when we actually got our photos taken by Desiree she was sooo rude and passive aggressive while we were there. Not friendly at all. We ended up hating this company (if you wanna call it one) so much we nixed our newborn shoot. Terrible terrible experience and would absolutely not recommend in the slightest.

I booked both maternity and newborn session package and don’t regret having them done. It is definitely less stressful because they provide the outfit and props. They have a lot of options and will work with you. I am planning to book our family and 1 year old picture with them again.

My maternity photoshoot was amazing! I felt absolutely gorgeous and I loved my personalized private session. I was stunned at how beautiful my photos came out. The turnaround time to view proofs was very fast and I couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend Candids for your indoor/outdoor photography. I would definitely choose them again!

Desiree is really AMAZING!! Her focus is as a baby & maternity photographer. However, I came to Desiree to get some pictures done for my website & she did an absolutely awesome job. She's very fun to work with & makes me laugh, which is a good thing! However, more importantly her photos are really sharp & clear & seem to jump off the page, when you view them. You will be hard pressed to find anyone better than Desiree for your photography needs.

We had a wonderful experience with Candids & Colors Photography, and Desiree did an amazing job with the photos! We signed up for a mini-session. Even though the booking coordinator was on vacation, there was automatic emails to remind me she was away, and she still responded & booked us in during her vacation! Since it was relatively soon in popular fall season, I thought it was not going to happen, but I was surprised they found a spot for us!
