I had dropped my computer and damaged the hard drive so the computer would no longer boot up. In four hours Mark replaced the hard drive with a solid state drive and recovered all the data that was recoverable from the damaged drive. The new drive is super fast. Mark was very professional and kept me updated with the progress he was making. He took the time to explain everything thoroughly so there were no surprises. I would strongly recommend him to anyone with computer problems. Personally, I hardly ever write reviews so please take this one seriously.

Windows sent advice "Apps might be blurry" with link to correct. After downloading to my computer the screen was non functional. Mark was able to restore my computer at a nominal charge. He is a professional and I highly recommend him when the need arises. Learned a hard lesson to beware of downloads from Windows.

My laptop had several issues and Mark quickly fixed them all for me. He knows his stuff...I trust him much more than I would trust a generic place like Best Buy because he obviously has years of experience and can think on his feet, tries different solutions, and gives you your best option for what you want. He is also generous with his time and pricing---he gave me 20 minutes of his time for free helping me fix a simple issue. I will definitely return here if I have more computer issues.

My MacBook Pro screen cracked and Mark really helped me out. I rely on my laptop for school & work and multiple places in Denver and Boulder that I called first informed me I would have to leave my Mac with them for a week. Luckily I found Mark because he had my laptop back to me in less than 24 hours and it looks and runs great! I would highly recommend Mark!

I recommend MDL Consulting to anyone who is visiting or lives in the Summit County Colorado area. My work computer crashed and Mark at MDL Consulting was able to fix it in only a couple hours, and recover all of my important data. He's very reliable, professional, knows what he is doing and cares about your computer problem, and possible data lose.
