I just experienced the worst customer service ever. I brought in a door lock from an old house trailer I'm restoring. Showed the lock to the counter help asking if I could get a key made and get it cleaned and working. She said we might be able to get a key made but we won't clean it. I wonder our loud if they wanted to work on it. 'Not really' was the answer. I took my lock.

Very happy with the prompt, friendly service. For three key locks changed, one dead bolt added and 6 keys cut was $209. Showed up on time and cleaned up the mess. After calling a competitor, My Lock Doc, I was so disgusted by the hang ups when trying to setup an appt., trying to speak with a call center in Chicago (which sounds like I was talking in a barrel) and their guy was 1 1/2 hours late to the agreed appt I cancelled with them and I called Russell's. Boy am I glad !! My husband and I were very, very pleased!!!
