Scott's always does amazing work for a great price and always delivers on time. I've used them for everything from auto detailing to tire balance and front end alignment. Most recently I came in with a pretty tedious task of painting all the grille components of my new RAM 1500. They gave me a very competitive price for all the work and squeezed me in that same week. The quality in the work and the products used here is unmatched. The paint was a tri-coat pearl and normally when painting pastics there's a chance the color doesn't match completely. My brand new truck was backed into while parked & the entire bumper needed to be replaced. As recommended by family & friends I chose Scott's Auto Body. I went through my insurance, paid my deductible, they repaired it in a few days & looks great! I was surprised to see that it had also been washed very well & the inside was even cleaned. My car had a broken back glass, I had contacted SafeLite who after showing up to replace the glass forgot to bring any molding, then told me they "had" to do the work in their shop. FAIL. Tehachapi auto glass was next, they told me they had to order the glass and would call me in a few days. They never called me back even after I left numerous messages and tried contacting them through Yelp. FAIL. Scotts auto body was GREAT!!! They performed the work in a timely manner, even using the factory made glass, which is better. I highly recommend this shop, they came through when the others

Fantastic place, if they give you a quote they stick to the quote even if they have to do extra labor. I went in to get a second opinion on something minor that I was quoted 600$ for elsewhere, they took a look and were able to confidently say that I didn't need that repair, and suggested a route that was several hundred dollars cheaper and didn't benefit them, for free. Great people.

They did great work on my car.
They don't offer a ride home and social distancing isn't an excuse because they don't mask up in the office.
The ride thing is important because this town does not have lyft or uber.
When I picked up my car the young man gave me attitude like he was doing me a favor or I was bothering him and I couldn't understand that because the other two people the office is so great.

I recently had several different repairs done to my 2013 Ram. The insurance company underestimated how extensive the repairs were but the guys at Scott's worked with the insurance company to get the repairs paid for. When I dropped off the truck I was told to expect it to take about three weeks and it only took 2 1/2. I have an eye for detail and looked over the truck extensively and couldn't find any blemish, speck or other issue with any of the repairs. Everything looked like it did when I bought the truck.

I had my car fixed here a few weeks ago and had over $160 worth of personal items stolen out of my car from one of the mechanics. I reported it and was told I would be getting a phone call from the owner regarding my stuff being stolen and I never heard from them. I went back into the shop and let them know I hadn't received a call and they still did nothing about it.

I can't even begin to express the disappointment with this establishment. I stopped by to get a quote for some warranty repairs from my dealership. The staff seemed knowledgeable and courteous. Although it took a few weeks to get an appointment, I agreed with the estimate.

The staff is nice enough, but I am worried they may be incompetent. They're the only game in town so, if you don't have any issues, they'll probably do a good job.
I saw some feathering on my old tires so I brought it in to Scotts for an alignment when I got new tires. After couple months I noticed the same and unusual wear so I took it back to get it checked out. The person that helped me looked at the feathering, felt it and said "Yep, that's normal wear." My 95 Camry front passenger window wouldn't roll back up didn't know what was wrong with it, went to 3!! Other mechanics before I tested my luck with Scotts and the other places were going to charge me around 150$-200$ to fix it. At Scotts they took one look at it and said we'll do it, when I asked them for the price they said no charge after that I got an estimate for a replacement windshield and it was cheap I'm definitely going back for more work definitely love the guys there and customer service, I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for car care if I could give

This auto body shop is amazing. Service from day one when I made my appointment was exceptional. I have a Bmw that got ran into and a side panel had to be replaced and everything was great. The communication was good they worked with my schedule. They dealt with all the insurance information which was a major plus. They also sent me a gift card for a car wash in the mail telling me thank you for choosing them! Very nice! I will definitely use them again if needed!
