This was the worst service I have ever seen. It was done for a friend to replace duct work due to concerns of mold after flooding in Baton Rouge.
They simply left everything out front knowing that East Baton Rouge will not pick up AC duct work so I had to haul it off and dispose of it.
The return registers were not even taken off and they all started to rattle when the "rat trap" of old insulation was blown into them and dropped in clumps as each one was removed.
. None of the return vents were treated with a any kind of mildew chemical and upon opening the main intake there was feces from something

Mr. Vanderbrook is a self made man. Not only is he prompt, trustworthy, and knowledgeable, he made me feel at ease and took the time to make everything was just right with our AC unit. He actually cares and is not just all about the money. A true family man! We will be using him for all our future AC needs.
