The 400 Northsite Association has 2 different memberships: REALTOR (person holding an active real estate or appraisal license); and Affiliate (non-licensed individual). To become a member, you will need to complete an application and pay the appropriate membership fees. Additionally, REALTORS must complete a one hour in-class local 400 North Association training session and a new member Code of Ethics (COE) Orientation session within 4 months.
By joining the 400 Northsite Association, your membership provides you with access to attend quarterly 3-hour continuing education courses annually especially designed for the 400 Northsite membership. These courses are focused on different areas of the industry with local and national experts serving as the instructors.
This December event recognizes members who have dedicated their time and energy throughout the year for the betterment of the Association, as well as install the Officers and Directors for the upcoming year. Each year, in the Spring and Fall, a New Home Communities Bus Tour is offered to members to learn more about various builders and developments in the surrounding area.
One of the missions of the Association is to support our community through fundraising for local charities and have great fun and networking while doing it.
