Mindful Wellness
No gimmicks and no silver bullets - just you, your motivation and commitment, and my gentle, professional facilitation of your healing. I won't try to (and can't!) make you do anything you don't want to do; instead I help you see yourself in the way you really want to see yourself. By the way, I don't just believe this, I live this.

I have been there - breast cancer, chronic pain, weight challenges - I understand, and that's why I do this work. I am a member in good standing with the International Medical and Dental Hypnotherapy Association, and National Guild of Hypnotists, a Referral Service dedicated to providing the community with excellently trained Certified Hypnotherapists.

I couldn't use my Lamaze training because I hadn't had it yet, and an epidural was totally out of the question, so I had to find another way to handle the pain. For some reason, I started focusing on soothing images (visualizing colors, my body floating, etc), guiding myself through those images and away from the pain as my daughter was born.
Have strong or persistent fears, doubts, and worries left you feeling isolated and stigmatized? Is anxiety so intertwined with your fear that you can't tell them apart? You may know that something is wrong-but you don't know how to articulate it to your friends or family members.

Even if you're sure your loved ones will respond with encouragement and understanding, feelings of guilt, shame, and self-doubt can make it hard to be open and honest about your experience.When your phobias are triggered, you may feel distressing symptoms that are similar to a panic attack: sweating, tightness in the chest, difficulty breathing, dizziness, shortness of breath, and nausea.
