I took my Ferrari F355 for annual service! I find out they didn’t do the service like Giuseppe said flush brake fluid and bleed the system or my coolant flush! The changes the oil but not the oil filter.

Giuseppe used to take care of me pretty well but recently things have gone downhill over there. Last time I went in I was charged for something I did not ask to be completed. More recently I have a specialized bolt I requested 2 months ago for my convertible top that is not working properly. I have called 7 times and left messages and nobody will return my call because they are not making much money off just the bolt so they only care when they are making money on larger repairs and don't care about when you need service on smaller things.

Guiseppe is an amazing Ferrari mechanic. My F430 had a transmission leak that would have cost over $6K to repair at the dealer. Guiseppe met me on a Saturday night and opened his shop when my car was towed in. Instead of nailing me for the unnecessary parts an entire Ferrari "hose kit" would have cost, he had the only broken part custom made and saved me over $4K. If you have a Ferrari or Maserati that is out of warranty, I highly recommend you take it here. You will see many classic Ferrari's in his shop. Something you don't see at the dealer.
