Hearing on Call was founded in 2013 with the goal of bringing a fresh approach to hearing care. We opened our Cary office fitting hearing aids in 2017, followed in 2019 in Arlington Heights. Our founders made a few simple realizations about the hearing industry, and decided to do something about it.

Ted has a great knowledge, we visited several practices and no one comes close. He took the time to explain all details and gave me the information that previous services did not. It was time for me to search for a new Hearing Aid Provider because my warranty was running out, and I knew that I wanted to search for a new provider that was knowledgeable and helpful with my hearing loss needs. So I went shopping on the internet, and found Hearing on Call. I read the reviews, (which were Great), and realized that they were just down the street from my home. I was off work one Friday, so I thought that I would just walk in to see if I could make an appointment. It turned out that Theresa was available to talk to me, and then was able to preform the hearing test that same day

Look no further when researching quality care, pricing and selection for hearing devices. Hearing on Call in Cary, IL is the place to get fitted with the BEST compassionate, professional and very knowledgeable service around! After going to several other hearing facilities and being very particular on what my needs are, never once did I feel pressured to purchase from Ted! He has offered me opportunities to explore devices that were most beneficial for me, without making me feel I had a timeline to purchase something. As a very particular customer, he LISTENS to my needs and fixes them accordingly

Ted and his team are very knowledgeable, professional, thorough and patient. They explained all of our options and allowed us to test the hearing aids "live" before we made our decision, that's a huge plus! In addition, they caught a mis-diagnosis from another provider. Thank you so much for helping my husband! All wives with husbands who have a hearing problem will love Ted and Victoria. They made our lives so much better. Every other hearing aid place my husband went to never solved his problem and charged way too much. Hearing on Call has great prices and treats every client with respect. They sure know their stuff.

We Highly recommend Ted and Hearing on Call. My Mom had a horrible experience with another “well known” company. The hearing test was the most extensive and thorough test she had ever taken. Because she was out of town, he took his time to fit her with the best hearing aid that suited her. We did not feel pressured, nor did he push one hearing aid over another. He puts the customer first and foremost, not to mention the cost was very affordable. So happy we found Hearing on Call!!
