Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness
We had our home built by oasis homes. It was challenging because of Covid times however we have a beautiful home and are very happy. Paul was very responsive to our concerns. He responded promptly when ever we had questions. We got exactly what we wanted with a few extras. Paul’s attention to detail is phenomenal.

Our interaction with this company was poor, at best. We expressed serious interest in a home, and were deterred by the Oasis representative in just about every way possible. This includes, but is not limited to:
- a disinterested, lazy tone;
- an almost boastfulness about the potentially high cost of the home; and
- stating something to the effect of "well, we're not taking any reservations right now anyway, so call us back in the summer and we will see where we're at then"
**Oasis Homes - If you're not managing any kind of wait list, contacting you in the summer does nothing but kick the proverbial

Was a complete waste of 4 days waiting for a call back. First time at building a home so wanted to ask some questions. The man who called me back had no enthusiasm what so ever, you'd think I was calling to schedule a schedule a funeral. If I were the sales person I certainly would call potential clients with some pep in my step. I asked 2 basic questions and got 1 worded answers with dead air as I was in awe that I was actually on the phone with a sales man!!! I will take my money elsewhere!!!

I called to get some information on their homes, Stephanie answered the phone and was rude. She didn't want to answer questions and kept saying "Um it's on the website". When I asked about approx cost for a specific floor plan on their Ranch Value collection, she laughed and said over $400K! for a modular home?!? I asked what is offered less than that and she laughed again and said the most basic smallest thing you could imagine. I thanked her and said no thank you.

This is the dream home that Oasis Homes help us to realize. They met every expectation as to design and layout; our twin girls love their Jack-n-Jill Suite! This was our first, and hopefully last, build. The only recommendation we would have for a first-time home builder is to have patience in buckets...it will pay off with your expectations, and then some, being met.
Kevin did a great job designing our home and helping with financing. Deana was great with the selections process, and when we were rushing to get our kids transitioned into new schools, Christine picked-up the ball and scored a game

Called Oasis looking for a small home....I have land in Dexter Michigan valued at 140,000. The land has been perked and improved upon with Well and septic.
I was told they do not build a house for under 200,000 so if you call there... unless you tell them you want a house that cost over 200,000 you can forget it. The receptionist told me they have to reperk the land which I have had perks already and told her I had certificate. she said they do everything themselves but that she that I needed to go elsewhere, they won't build a home for less than 200k even wirh cheapest materials etc. WHAT

Great staff. Could not ask for anything more in a home buying experience. Professional and knowledgeable staff members on location and in the field. Provides tons of information for the first time modular home buyers. They educated their customers and take their time. Raney is the best. Most builders are not reachable and do not communicate with you, but at this company you can talk to the owners.
