I have used Turners quite a few times. I do experience great service there as far as the people. I've bought a ring there and have had things cleaned and also things worked on. In particular the necklace I've had worked on for a new clamp, ever since the first time I had to replace the clamp, every year I have to get another clamp and I'm not sure why. Other than this they are very good.

Jewelry can be emotional. I didn’t realize how emotional until today when I retrieved my mother’s bequest. Turner’s cleaned, repaired and appraised her most precious pieces. Blake and Kendra were patient and professional and indulged my tears and nervous chatter. Tony adjusted my mother’s watch until it was perfect to me. My documentation was beautifully presented. I brought a very nice bracelet in to be appraised. Cost of appraisal $150 while I believe that is high I'm not complaining on that. It took two weeks to get the appraisal while also not complaining about that I still think it was a long time. My complaint is they did first appraisal wrong valuing it at $1800. I didn't question until listing it for sale and a bidder pointed out the appraisal error. The bracelet weighed almost 26 grams and the appraisal had 6.6 set while it should have been 16.6. I had to return to Turners for them to fix their mistake. I had to pull my listing which cost $16 to

The first time I visited was several years ago. They did not have what I was looking for but the staff were very pleasant and helpful. Through the years I've taken several repairs to them and been pleased with the results. Not this time. I brought in a chain that had lost the jump ring used to clasp it closed and asked for a replacement. When I picked it up a week later it turns out their repair "professional" had opened up the other side of the clasp and inserted a jump ring between the chain and the clasp itself. They are crooks!!! Plain and simple. I never thought I would be the "crazy lady" writing ranting reviews but I had to tell everyone about this. Went to set my ring there (brought diamond and ring setting seperate, both certified and appraised), a week later one of my prongs "turns" gold. Turns out they had no only broken off one of my white gold prongs, but had replaced it with a yellow gold one (Which was also cracked!) and then tried to cover it up rhodium plating. To add insult to injury, they also refused to admit they had any part it in and told me to contact the manufacturer
