I would leave ZERO stars if I could. USE ANOTHER COMPANY!
The owner of this company, Kenny, is shrewd and downright unethical. He came across as very judgmental during our conversation, letting me know I would “never find a rent home that allows pets” which is simply not true, my father in law has been in a rent home for the last 3 years with two pets. He also furthered to give us his unnecessary opinion on my FICO score. I was asking for his service with finding a house, not financial advice.
Good luck to anyone in the future who has to do business with him. Not the nicest man to deal with

We have been renters with Castle Keepers for about the last 18 months, and it's been a great experience. Unfortunately the people who own the house decided to sell, or we would still be here. House was a great value for the money, and I have to say that Kenny has been a pleasure to deal with. He helped us out in any way we needed, and with put us in touch with someone to help us find a new place to live. Great guy

Castle Keepers did an EXCELLENT job managing our home for a year and then getting it on the market for sale! It needed a lot of upgrade work prior to listing for sale, and Kenny helped coordinate all the work, as we no longer lived in the Carrollton area. We received a FULL PRICE offer less than a week after listing the home. Well done, Castle Keepers! Strongly recommend!

I've been a castle keeper for just under 2 months and it's been a great fit for me. I had recently sold my home and was looking for a home to rent until I could decide on what area I wanted to live in. I quickly got a home in an area I wanted to be in, close to work, and the perfect size for me. If you're looking for a different option than the typical home or apartment to rent, this is a unique program that can be a win-win for both a seller and a renter.

Castle Keepers has been a terrific experience so far. Everyone is really great to work with and it allows me the chance to 'try on' a place to live at a very affordable rate before actually committing. It seems like a real 'win-win' program.

I have been working with Castle Keepers for the past 6 months they are a very professional company. Responded to my request they have made us feel like a member of their family. I would recommend Castle Keepers to anyone who has not sold their house in 6 months. It is easier to sell a house with furnishings then a house that has been closed up. We are very happy with Castle Keepers, Inc. Look forward to continue our relationship.

Castle Keepers was truly a blessing to my husband and I. We were part of the program for 4 years. During that time we were able to experience living around the metroplex and take care of homes in order for the owners/realtors to sell. We embraced the program and it embraced us.
I would recommend Castle Keepers to anyone who wanted an alternative way to save money and experience the adventure of living in homes you wouldn't normally be able to. In turn, you will be paying for utilities and a fee to live there (lower than the going rate of leasing that particular house). No one gets to live anywhere

My experience with Castle Keepers has been excellent. Kenny was instrumental in a very challenging personal time in my life in finding me a great location to stay while the house was on the market.
He truly listened to what was important to me and helped my family tremendously.
I will 100% use Kenny and Castle Keepers in the future.
Where else can you stay in awesome house at a below market rate.
On top of that you are helping sell someones house and I take pride in being able stay in their house and help them with something that is overwhelming.
Thanks Kenny and Castle Keepers for being their

I have decided to write a review on Castle Keepers tell let everyone on how I feel and my experiences with this company.
we've been with this company for about 2 years, I was with a previous company before. My experience with Castle Keepers has been exceptional. Their management team goes above and beyond to see to it that you are very happy with your move. The interior decorator is just amazing at assisting with your furnishings. They see to it that you have all the necessary information for tranfering all the utilities. The over all experiences I've had has been very pleasent and I would reccomend

I have to agree with the other poster on this company, I fail to see the good deal in this company. The way the company works is they let you "live in" a vacant house. Now here are the details: You have to pay all the bills(electric, water, cable, etc), I have no problems with that because you are living in the house, so you should have to pay it's bills, you have to pay for liability insurance, this is understandable because if something happens in the house, you need to be covered. The problem I have is this, the owner of the house gets to use your furniture for free, and you have to pay a monthly
