Scott P was great! We have an oldish house with a backed up main drain line. He stayed as long as was necessary to get the unique situation fixed. Knowledgeable and professional. One of the only companies I even got a response from and the only company that wasn’t a week plus booked out for service calls.

I had the pleasure of having Christian Choate fix my shower. I know it wasn’t the most tedious fix, but the screws were severely stripped and I, unfortunately, did not have the tools to get them out. He was able to do so and fix the shower, in a very short period of time. Also, he was incredibly nice, professional and talented. I like Roto Rooter, as a company, but they do charge fairly high prices. Thanks for all the help, though

Tim is our new best friend. Told us up front all details and costs. He went out of his way to fit us in quickly. Spent time to make sure it was all done right and thoroughly. Highly recommend him and his company.
