We have posted our fall class schedule on line but at this time we ask that you please give us a call for class availability. In order to follow all regulations we have limited spaces in our classes. We are committed to caring for the health and well-being of our staff, athletes, and their families and supporting local health officials and government leaders.

You can read our plans and policies. We want to congratulate and thank all of our gymnasts and parents who have had a big hand in this award. We couldn't have done it without all the girls' hard work and parent's support. We also want to thank all of our fellow SC gyms who voted for us. It is an honor to receive this award and we feel very blessed to have been chosen for this award.

Absolutely the worst gym ever and are so ridiculously abusive and will lie straight to your face. emotionally, physically and verbally abusive, lying, rude, snakes, favoritism, screaming, twisted, threatening, name calling, unsafe, refuse to help or spot, completely different around parents, angered at any questions, traumatizing, poor equipment, scrutinizing and belittling, just like the karolyi's and i regret all of my 11 years there and ten years of competing for and representing them. the amount of depression anxiety and mental health issues i accrued through this gym is absolutely astounding

A great gym ran by a former olympian. Everybody there really cares about making sure your child has the best experience possible. Not the most expensive, but not the cheapest either, just a great value for the money.

We are new to gymnastics, my daughter is in the beginners class. We are about 5 weeks in and every week she is stronger and developing her skills. Very happy so far

My daughter been attending for about, 1-1/2 yrs, she has excelled physically, and has gained more confidence. I love the staff and management is very kind and courteous!! Two thumbs up!!!

Great team building and girl empowerment. Good for conditioning and muscular strength. Also teaches young kids to perform in front of an audience.

My son is only 5 and has never done this before. We signed him up for a summer camp here. My son has never liked camp before. He loved this place from the very first day. The staff is very nice and very knowledgeable. My boy didnt want to leave. Wish camp was longer.

If you have a boy interested in gymnastics he will be wasting his time here. They don't allow boys to compete or offer competition. I feel they leave boys out in the cold.

Went to my granddaughters first gymnastics meet today. Very disappointed. There was not enough room to sit so we sat on the floor. I am not a young women.

Amazing level of performance for a community of this size. Training is firm and disciplined (what else would you expect from a former Czech olympic gymnast!) but effective and SAFE. Great focus on conditioning and safety resulting in fewer injuries than I would have ever anticipated. The gymnasts are a fairly cohesive group and the families get along very well (this isn't some "Dance Mom's" environment). Would strongly recommend if you are ANYWHERE within commuting distance if you want your daughter (not much to be offered for male gymnasts other than some early development
