Ordered flowers through their website. Payment gets processed through a third party vendor. The third party vendor is supposed to forward the order to the florist. Unfortunately for my order they did not. My husband spoke with someone at the florist and they more then made up for the issue. Thank you so much for your quick response!

I received the Hopeless Romantic arrangement ($80 on website) for Valentine's Day from my boyfriend, but after learning that he was charged $120 and it didn't even last a week, we will be going elsewhere. Idk if it is common practice to upcharge during a holiday, where you're almost guaranteed business, but next time I'll be directing him to Harris Teeter. Ridiculous.

I went to this shop on a whim to get some flowers, which, conveniently, I know nothing about... First, the staff couldn't have been more friendly. I explained my situation, that I didn't know what to get or why, I just knew that I "probably needed some flowers." I didn't even have to think, they took it from there and in 10 minutes had two amazing setups made for me. I would've been willing to pay a ton for the kind and helpful service...but THEN...Steve, the friendliest guy ever, told me that it would be on the house. I wasn't even sure why he said it. I placed a long distance flower order as a birthday gift for my beloved Mother. I was really nervous about it being perfect since she turned 91 years-old and LOVES flowers! They created an arrangement with peonies, roses and gerbera that was absolutely splendid. 3 days now and she still saying how lovely it is. Made my week!
