Structural Integration
Structural Integration is a systematic bodywork approach that reorganizes the fascial system to improve posture, reduce chronic pain, and enhance mobility. This 10-series program addresses misalignments from injuries, surgeries, or poor posture through targeted manual therapy. Clients experience improved body awareness, increased range of motion, and lasting pain relief through our methodical approach that combines safe touch, movement education, and self-care guidance.
Therapeutic Massage
Our therapeutic massage sessions address specific musculoskeletal concerns through customized combinations of Swedish, deep tissue, and myofascial techniques. This treatment improves circulation, reduces muscle tension, and promotes healing for conditions like carpal tunnel syndrome and post-injury recovery. Sessions incorporate client-specific needs with evidence-based approaches to deliver measurable improvements in pain management and physical function.

Questions
What is Structural Integration and how does it differ from regular massage?
Structural Integration systematically reorganizes the body's fascial system through targeted manual therapy. Unlike regular massage, it focuses on long-term postural realignment and addresses chronic pain patterns through a 10-series progression.
How can Structural Integration help with chronic pain?
By releasing fascial restrictions and realigning the body's structure, this therapy reduces compensatory patterns that cause chronic pain. Clients report significant improvements in conditions like back pain, joint issues, and post-surgical discomfort.
What should I expect during my first session?
Initial sessions include postural assessment, discussion of health history, and targeted bodywork. Therapists explain each step, provide movement education, and create personalized treatment plans to address specific pain points and mobility goals.
Do you offer services for specific conditions like carpal tunnel syndrome?
Yes, our therapists specialize in treating repetitive strain injuries, including carpal tunnel syndrome, through targeted deep tissue work and ergonomic movement education to address both symptoms and underlying causes.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require 24-hour notice for cancellations. Missed appointments without notice incur a $30 fee to ensure fair access to our limited session availability and maintain quality care standards.

Sarah did a wonderful job. Came in because I had tweaked my neck. I am prone to this and it happens multiple times a year. I asked her to focus on that and she did amazing. She has the strong firm delivery I needed. Discovered I had quite a few issues going on. I will be back again and booked an appointment for my fiance.

I was in a car accident years ago and couldn't tolerate regular massage due to the pain it would cause. I was so happy to find Tanya (owner & masseuse here) because she specializes in Structural Integration--a technique which realigns the body into proper positions by manipulation of the soft tissues. This has relieved my pain, helped me breathe better, and made movement easier. It is a bit more expensive than regular massage, but well worth it.
Update: Kaila and Sarah are also employed here doing massage work and are highly skilled. They are my go-tos for regular massage work now.
