Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Responsiveness
So very dissappointed--paid deposit for automatic pool cover in July 2020 and was promised installation in August 2020. It is now December 2020, I disputed the charge to my credit card in November 2020--still waiting for a response. Extremely unreliable company who now owes me $3375!!

I don't think I would bother with this company. When I finally got a chance to talk with them they told me they do projects like mine and would call back with a time to come out for an estimate. Well, I never heard from them again. I contacted them by phone, email, and on their website form. Nothing. I don't know whether they truly could have done the job but their customer service doesn't give me must confidence.

The owner came out to take a look at my area where we are considering an in-ground pool. He was pleasant enough and seemed enthusiastic about putting together a bid for my project. I messaged him several times and he never responded. Monthly later still no response. I would not ever do business with someone who does not value relationships with his customers.
