We hired The Handy Guy to remove our old security door, and replace it with a new one as well as install the seal kit. We knew this would be no easy task, and a few other handymen turned down the challenge. Rick was unflappable...which is the highest praise I can give him. Handy Guy couldn't be a better name for this service. Rick was fantastic quick respond and very helpful. He is extremely respect of you and your property. He explains the whys and if's of the services he provides to you as a customer. Some companies don't have the time to explain or they tell you what they want. Not Rick he is knowledgeable, listens and understands the layman way of explaining or asking and makes you feel good that you consulted and hired him. I can see why Rick is so busy. He's professional. Clean cut. Does the most thorough, efficient job on every task I needed done in my home. He was so polite and a genuine guy. I hired a plumber years ago to fix my toilet from running and wasting water. He replaced the assembly INSIDE the tank and I thought that's all you did to a toilet. Well, my second toilet was running now, so I tend to higher smaller businesses than larger ones. I'm glad I waited for Rick to call me back a day later. It was worth it. He literally took apart both toilet tanks, cleaned them out and dried them and replaced EVERYTHING
