Services
Ashley Benkula graduated with her Bachelor of Applied Science in Hospitality Management in 2008 from Lewis-Clark State College in Lewiston, Idaho. Ashley joined the Party Center team in 2008 and took over operations in 2017. Born and raised in Twin Falls, she loves being able to own and operate her business in the community where she grew up.
Party Center knows that party planning can get costly, and you want to save money wherever you can. If you're looking for a more-cost effective, budget friendly service, look no further. We can eliminate the cost of delivery by giving you control of the event item transport. Our will call service allows you to pick up event items, set them up for your party, and return them with ease.
Renter must call DIGLINE - 208-342-1585 or 800-342-1585 - at least 3 days prior to Party Center using stakes to secure all tents. Party Center is not responsible for any damage caused if a stake hits any underground object. DIGLINE is a free service. Customers must adhere to all guidelines and safety directives made by Party Center.
Will CallOur will call service allows you to pick up event items, set them up for your party, and return them with ease. Party Center will assist in getting your rental items out of the warehouse and to the loading dock, you are responsible for loading, securing and unloading your vehicle. Please arrive in an appropriate vehicle to ensure the safety of your vehicle and our equipment.

I have used the Party Center several times, once for a fundraiser and recently for my wedding. In both instances, Ashley, Shelly and the rest of the staff were amazing to work with; thorough, accommodating and kept in contact with me throughout each event to make sure everything was perfect. I would highly recommend them!

We worked with Ashley and Shelly for several months planning our wedding at Elevation 486 in Twin Falls. When I arrived at the venue on the big day, they were there setting everything up and I was genuinely stunned by how beautiful everything looked. They were so easy and nice to work with, and everything looked perfect. I highly recommend them, the quality of product and service they offer is worth every penny. If I had to describe our experience with the Party Center of Twin Falls, it would go a long with any words related to 'amazing', 'awesome', and 'fabulous' ! I (the bride) got to work closely with Ashley Benkula and she was the absolute best! She was able to develop a vision for my wedding, even when I couldn't give her many details of what I wanted- I am not a visual person! She made all of my wedding dreams come true and I couldn't imagine a better event coordinator. Ashley and the crew are absolutely amazing. They were so patient with me. I visited and looked at stuff so many times before I picked out my decor. They even let me bring in my centerpieces for my wedding to make a mock table... this helped a lot as I am a visual type of person. Highly recommend this place for all your party rental needs.

They are the best and have fantastic customer service. I REALLY needed more tables for a huge yard sale and nobody had any. I spoke with Ashley telling her my dilemma and she absolutely saved the day by picking up ten six foot tables from some where pretty late on Friday night and I had the tables by 10pm for the early morning Saturday sale. Thank you, thank you, thank you! You guys rock.
