I decided to change insurance providers a few weeks ago due to finding less expensive coverage.I called and spoke with Lauren to cancel the policy days before my next months payment was to draft but I found out days later that the payment had indeed drafted my account. This put me and my family in an unexpected bind and the only compensation that they could offer was an apology and hopes that a check would arrive via the mail before the year ended. I found this to be totally unacceptable because this was totally their fault.

Loren Babin did an excellent job in getting us started with our new car insurance policy. She was kind, knowledgeable, and professional. She was able to save us a lot of money compared to our old policy, too. She has been available and responsive any time we have contacted her. Cliff and his team are amazing! I was looking for some cheaper quotes for my car insurance like everyone else in Louisiana. I had received quotes from a few different sources and finally I went to Cliff and he got me a great deal with more value than ANY one else. He broke down the plans for me and made sure I understood what I was signing up for. Very professional and knowledgeable and they are just good people in general. Would highly recommend!!!
