While function is obviously of the highest importance for a pair of glasses, style also needs to be taken into consideration. The frame you choose can change the apperance of your face and reflect your own individual style. In addition to your personal style, your skin tone, hair color, lifestyle, and lens perscription should also be taken into consideration.
Dr. Dietrich recommends a regularly scheduled eye examination for your best vision and early detection of eye diseases. The frequency of these examinations is determined by your age, health, family history, and contact lens use. During your comprehensive examination, Dr. Dietrich will review your health and family history, complete a glasses and/or contact lens prescription, and perform a full ocular health evaluation.
Since no ones eyes are alike, a contact lens fitting is necessary to give you the best vision and comfort when wearing contact lenses. This fitting process goes beyond your normal eye exam and glasses prescription to find the curvature of your eye, and the required thickness, diameter, and material needed.
We offer emergency eye care services during business hours and even after hours care. Please do not try to "wait it out" if you are experiencing any sudden eye issues. Many times sudden changes in our vision can be a sign that something may be wrong in the rest of our body and immediate care can be the difference in detecting these conditions before they cause more serious issues.

I am here on vacation and slept on my glasses. I really didn't think they would be able to be fixed, but, I took them to Harrissville Eye care. They did a great job getting them back to their original shape....thank goodness! Very pleasant service and he didn't even charge me, although I expected a charge. Thank you, Paul.
