Staff were very quick to respond to requests and prompt with service. The technician, Keith Sr., was professional and informative with the service. He identified our problem quickly and had the parts on hand to get our heat running again. Succinct, professional and polite. Would recommend.

Had to have strive come out due to my heater not working. They were quick and professional and were able to make it out that next morning even though I called near closing the night before. They were able to get my furnace replaced quickly and for a reasonable price! I would recommend them for anyone who has heating and cooling needs. They were very professional and friendly!

These guys were awesome. They were great from start to finish. From first determining my system needs, design & layout, professionalism and cleanliness of demolition & installation, and getting it all done in a matter of 3-4 days. So happy with how courteous and kind everyone was. They did quality work for a fair price- and as a plus, they are local guys. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Reid and Steve were absolutely the best. They were very knowledgeable and kind. They arrived early and got the job done. They were able to fix the problem and everything is working great. Keith Dietz, the owner of Strive, and his father. Keith, Sr., came out today to replace my AC and the professionalism was outstanding. I live in a third floor condo and the job wound up requiring a crane and Keith used his enormous connections to make it happen same day. The work is beautiful and they wouldn't leave my home without making absolutely sure the job was done. An electrical issue occurred during installation and their combined talent resolved it immediately.
