Dr. Rubins Noel graduated from Columbia University School of Dental Medicine in 1992 and completed a general practice residency at Montefiore Medical Center, Albert Einstein College of Medicine of Yeshiva University from 1992 to 1993.Dr. Noel has been practicing in Western New York for 20 years. Dr. Noel enjoys all aspects of dentistry.

Oral sedation is a wonderful option for patients who need more than just nitrous oxide, but don't need or want IV Sedation. It allows many people to be comfortably sedated through an entire dental visit using just a small pill. Oral sedation is a method of conscious sedation where our dental staff at AffableCare Dental uses pills to sedate a patient.

I went in yesterday to get my two lower wisdoms out dr Noel strapped up with his terminator looking goggles and went to town teaching those wisdoms a lesson after a swift 30 minutes I was done and felt great better than when I went in i was way to nervous upon arrival would recommend anyone to dr Noel he does good honest work Thanks dr.Noel and everyone else at affablecare dental 🔧

This was my first visit here at this location with my son and I must say the lady pricilla , black lady kinda heavy set , was so unprofessional and Extremely Rude To My Son and I .
I was Treated Unfairly. Nothing was Gone over with us .I was told the doctor had an emergency and had to leave but when I say I could not believe the treatment I got - heartbreaking.. Definitely got to find Another Dentist--

This place is super unprofessional and unorganized they are always rescheduling appointments hours ahead because “they are running behind” they don’t care about what pain you are feeling or the problems your having. Everything is on their time. This place is only worried about money. They charged me for a cleaning I already had just a month prior. I only went to them for a second opinion from a previous place I went to. When they called to reschedule and I was trying to explain to them how bad I needed this appointment because of my pain the receptionist was so rude and inconsiderate! Told

I haven’t been to the dentist for quite a few years, so i was extremely nervous to initially come in for a new patient visit. The staff was extremely friendly, made me feel like my concerns were heard and valid. Helped make a plan of attack for future visits and at home care. They truly care about their patients, and their top priority is giving them the most comfortable and considerate care possible. I can’t believe that I can say that I’m actually excited to go to the dentist now! Thank you AffableCare!

I have extreme anxiety about going to the dentist after several previous experiences, and I didn't go for a full 8 years because of my last one. I decided to finally make myself go, and I picked Affable Care. I'm so happy to say that I had a great experience! Every person I spoke with was very kind and understanding of my anxiety and fear, and the sedation process was also explained when I asked. I just had 3 fillings done and they let me use sedation, and during the process, they were kind enough to check on me, constantly reassure me and inform me of what was going on and how close we were to

I used to hate going to the dentist but I actually look forward to my cleanings since I’ve started coming to Affable. Every single person from the receptionists, assistants and dentist are such kind and amazing people. The technology is great as well. I would definitely recommend giving a call if you’re in the market for a new dentist!
