Our refrigerator decided that today was a good day to die. We had some electrical issues in the neighborhood due to the recent rains and I thought that could be related. Frantically looking at new refrigerators and looking for repair options. Everything was looking like 2 to 5 days out for repair or new appliance delivery.
A human at Same Day Appliance Repair actually answered the phone and said sure we can be out today. Took my model number and a few other details. Their technician Paul called me in advance and arrived at the exact beginning of the time window. He was very professional and courteous

Gill of Sameday Service repaired my very noisy gas dryer. He came on time, was professional and careful of hygiene. I had originally called another service, but was most unsatisfied. Gill diagnosed the problem quickly, had parts with him, and fixed the dryer in under an hour. I will certainly use this service again for other appliance problems in future. He was polite and obviously good at what he does. Highly recommend.

Biggest ripoff ever. House visit 59.95, ok fine, told prior to coming that the oven not working saying function not available. When the OWNER came he said it probably just needs resetting, unplugged, plugged back in and it worked. Charged us $120!!! Could have told us that on the phone or just charged us for the basic charge. Would never, ever use them again.

I had a horrible experience with this company in 2019. I had a samsung refrigerator that was creating ice , making noise and not cooling. Mr. Singh came in and change the motor and melted the ice and i paid around $300. After about 2 month the same issues started to happen again. I called them back and Mr. Singh came again and he melted the ice and did something with the electric panel , Then after a month the same problems started to happen again. I called the company to complain at that point they started to show me their bad customer service skills. They scheduled for the technician to come

Best appliance repair experience I’ve had. They responded quickly to an inquiry, came out within a day, and immediately diagnosed the problems. Jacob, the repairman, was terrific—really nice guy, really knowledgeable about the appliance and the problem. He returned the next day with the parts, installed them quickly, checked and showed me how they were working. He was great. And I think the rates were reasonable.

The absolute WORST customer service I have experienced. I only wish I could give negative stars. The technician that came to the house was professional. It's been 10 days, and I haven't heard back from anyone after promising to get the quote for parts and labor the same day. It's apparent that the call center number left on the service contract is at someone's house. It's EXTREMELY difficult to get an answer on that line, and it just rings without going to voicemail. I was able to get in contact with someone twice in 10 days. They promised that I would promptly receive a call from the technician
