Still Waters Medical Day Spa is a Downtown Pensacola Spa offering a full spectrum of anti-aging and appearance enhancement options using the latest laser technology and state-of-the-art medical procedures. All medical treatments require a consultation with a Still Waters medical professional. Dr. Jack Kotlarz specializes in the practice of Ear Nose and Throat problems and Facial Plastic Surgery. He attended Syracuse University, majoring in biology and psychology graduating summa cum laude. After serving in the Army for three years he attended medical school at the University of Illinois in Chicago.
Dually board certified in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and Otolaryngology, Dr Kotlarz has over 20 years experience providing a full spectrum of facial cosmetic surgery. What is a VISIA? A VISIA Skin Analysis session that captures key visual information for six areas affecting skin complexion health and appearance: wrinkles, spots, pores, evenness, bacteria in pores, UV spots and photodamage.
We offer a variety of options to reduce and clear acne like fraxel treatment available at Still Waters Day & Medical Spa. After a thorough consultation and medical history with our nurse practitioner we work with you to develop a plan. These may include medications, chemical peels, or regular facials and products taylored to your skin.
Dermal Fillers: Some stimulate the production of collagen, like Sculptra, while others restore hyaluronic acid, which is naturally occurring and keeps skin looking smooth and hydrated. Dermal fillers like lip fillers can be used to treat multiple areas. Our practitioners can help determine which filler(s) would be right for you.

This was my first time at Still Waters Day Spa. Everyone that works there is so attentive, and friendly. Megan was very professional and made sure to explain each step involved with the hydrafacial. My skin felt awesome! If you want to give your skin a great treatment and pamper yourself, I would highly recommend the Hydrafacial and Still Waters Day Spa.

I am leaving your establishment , despite the professionalism of both Emily & Jennie ! You brought back the mask mandate, which I am totally opposed to ! I think it should be optional, rather than forced ! Your signage on the front door is anything but optional ! I have been a good client for almost 3 years , coming in twice a month, for services ! I come to a spa to relax, not to get stressed out over being forced to wear a mask ! I am fully vaccinated, & have taken precautions against Covid 19 .
I would consider coming back at a future time , if you lift the mask mandate !

I recently moved to the area and was looking for a new place to get all my up-keeping done. I figured based on the sheer volume of clients serviced Still Waters was my best bet.
My first grievance came when I went for some Botox maintenance. Now, I have been getting regularly Botox for a few years from the same PA (not in PNS). Every time she marks my face to make sure she injects me correctly. When I had my very first Botox

I had several botox injections all over my forehead. However, when she injected me right between the eyes, to get rid of those angry 11's, she messed up. It hurt only in that spot and I bled entirely too much. I felt something was wrong when it happened, but it was my first (and only) time to get Botox, so I was not sure what to expect. Well, years later, my face has paid the price and will never be the same.
When I went back to show the woman how my face looked with all the bruising, she blamed me for moving. Funny how she said nothing the moment I got it done except that I was bleeding

My hubs and I had a couples massage and pedicure. My hubs could get a stronger masseuse, but my masseuse was great!! I have a herniated disks, so I don't let anyone touch my lower back, but she suggested I should get massages on the sides to have better blood flow. So I had her do it and it felt so good! We sure both fell asleep a little!

Friendly and welcoming!! In town for a girls trip.. we all chose a service or two. We were all registered quickly and offered mimosas, wine or champagne.. once we remove our clothes and given our robes, those of us who needed to wait for our appointment time, were sent in the relaxation room. Let's be clear, this was the size of a bedroom with two love seats a table, I think soft melodic tunes and a water feature. When it was time for my appointment I was led to room by my practitioner who had me put my feet in warm water and then dry them off after that I was led to a table for my massage

Was very happy with the manicure. I've had a lot of bad nail jobs resulting in them being painful. Not once here did they nick me. They were right on target and the way the lady did her job she knew what she was doing. Will be going back. She was helpful and listened. There place is relaxing an soothing when you come in. I had such an amazing experience here at still waters. The ladies at the front desk were super friendly and smiley- and those two things helped set my mind at ease that I was at a place that was professional and kind. I went to get lip fillers and Mary Anne helped me decide which kind to get based on my lip structure and ultimate goal. She broke down everything from price to types of fillers and she made me feel welcome and not just trying to get my money and rush me out the door- I appreciated the welcoming feeling.

Came here for a couples massage with my husband and I have to say this was the best massage of my life to date! We had David and Lena and they are miracle workers. Was an extremely satisfying appointment and I will be back! Thank you Still Waters!
Update: (9/3/16) So I have continued to get deep tissue massages from David here and let me just say OMG amazing! Today I did a 70 minute deep tissue and afterwards I just felt so much more relaxed. First time having a professional massage. I was a bit nervous at first because I wasn't sure what to expect. They were very courteous and accommodating, as I was a walk in. The facility is gorgeous and very relaxing.
Annie was absolutely amazing. I told her it was my first time and she was thrilled. She made me feel comfortable and encouraged me to ask questions. Her technique was treat. She was able to get in deep and find the knots. She was very knowledgable about massages and a pleasure to talk to. I felt like I was a long time customer.
My only regret is I don't live down here
