Mark was quick to contact me when he heard about the miscommunication between his staff and I. He has been extremely helpful in trying to push the paper timeline forward and was able to get me moved up in queue in the state. He went so far as to spring for lunch for me at an Italian Restaurant in the area. He also offered other concessions which I will not give specifics so others will not attempt to take advantage. I feel he went above and beyond what he had to do to help resolve the problem when he could have simply said "sorry. It is the way the process works."

Amazing shop. Great customer service, friendly staff, clea, place, cheap prices , well stocked with anything you can think of without looking cluttered like allot of places. Even if you have a small issue with a purchase they will go above and beyond to make it right and that you're satisfied. I will be back in as soon as I can to shop with them after my last experience. Great staff, responsible prices and always goes above and beyond. I went in looking for a small TV and ended up getting a deal that included a DVD player and a few DVDs. Highly recommend this place and their staff.
If they don't have what you want they gladly take your name and information and will call you when something comes along you might like.

SO RUDE! I called to inquire about getting some of my pieces appraised. The woman on the phone was extremely rude and spoke to me as if I was a small child. She even went as far as to inform me that "appraisals cost money" ?!?! OF COURSE they do. Her tone was that she was annoyed that I was even calling. I was going to go through this company but after the incredibly disrespectful exchange on the phone I will be going elsewhere.

Anthony is absolutely amazing. The staff is extremely friendly and they're always willing to help out. Great place with some great items! When it comes to jewelry stores in the Carson City area, Carson Jewelry & Loan is my first choice. I have purchased several pieces from them and feel I got great pricing on all. The selection available can't be beat. As an aside, they also do jewelry repair and sizing.

I posted this review beacuse I was very hurt a disappointed with what happend. I am a business owner and know exactly what a bad review will do to a successful business. That is why it was very hard for me to write it. I also have been a customer of them for many many years starting with my parents. They have always been very nice and professional this is just something I could not over look or not warned people about. If the stone was replaced with an actual diamond I am glad but if that was true THERE WAS NO REASON TO OFFER ME BACK THE RING AFTER PAYING THE INTEREST

I originally went here for a watch battery and decided to have a gold necklace with pendant changed to a longer length. I purchased a chain from them to modify and left both my chain and the one bought with them so the jeweler could work on it. I decided the next day to cancel my order and get a refund on the chain purchased bc after review of cost I felt it was unreasonable...they really gave me a hard time about it, on top of that they wouldn't allow me to pick my necklaces until a week later they said it was bc the jeweler had the chain in his possession which was not in their building

This business is a supporter of the Carson City wine walk, and it's always our starting point. We pay our $8 (cuz we bring our own previously purchased CC wine walk glass), wander around to see if there's anything new, and sample their usually home-made treats and truly good wine.
