You know what, I’m giving them the 5 stars, here is why. This auction is cool as hell, they might not have the flashy things at Manheim, but what they do have the Manheim does not is good people! For the past few months, I have bought total of 10 or more cars from this auction. Its a great auction to get some great deals. Everyone has been helpful.
Their office manager Bobby is a great guy. My account with them is blocked simply because I was late few times on paying for vehicles that was purchased.
I really love doing business here. I hope and pray that their office manager Bobby unblock me so that i can start buying cars again.
I have never experienced any issues buying cars from this auction.
I love them so much.
I wish to continue doing business with them for years to come.

Have attended this auction several times through the years and my recent experience was remarkable. Excellent customer service and the friendliest sales team. The sales team was so helpful and knowledgeable! I've never been to an auction with such a welcoming vibe. I plan to attend again soon and highly recommend this auction.

I would not do business with any auction that Joe Pyle owns or runs. We have had multiple problems for the past 2 years that still remain unresolved. I have never filed a lawsuit against anyone (or needed to) in my 38 years in the auto business but am seriously considering doing so at this point. My son and I both have called and spoken with several different auction employees who say they don’t have authority to do anything. We have been referred to managers and never received a single phone call from them. Several employees told us that it sounds like we need to talk to Joe Pyle but that has

Lets face it the car business is tough enough. I had what seemed like a bad situation. I bought a car green light and had it post sale inspected. Then drove it back to Erie, Pa. of course the Check engine light came on and we had the car looked it. Gary (in arbitration) said bring it back lets get it checked. Well no fault of the Auctions the Franchised Dealers in the area took their time trying to diagnose it. Gary & Chad the GM of Mountain State were very helpful in an unfortunate situation.
