Avoid this firm..Period!
They cancelled my 1st consultation appointment without having the common courtesy to notify me when I made time out of my busy schedule to attend this.
Unprofessional and not the right type of people I would recommend to deal with especially in sensitive matters.
UPDATE: For clarification this was supposed to be a charged call through my Metlife plan which I had provided my case number in advance. I absolutely did not receive any such email for cancellation and once again the common business 101 courtesy is to call your client if you need to cancel for any reason and
