I would not load for these guys again, if you have been in the trucking for any length of time you know things can go wrong with trucks. I had a load on for these guys going from Los Angeles to Owatonna, MN my truck blew up in Albuquerque, NM I kept in close touch with dispatcher told them what shop the truck was at, gave them all the numbers I had called to lease a truck none to be had they told me they found a truck and a place to cross dock the load and instead of paying me the 5500.00 on original rate confirmation they sent me another one for 2080.00 for the miles I pulled it and now will not

I worked at Boa Logistics for 2 and a half years. I didn't have any experience in logistics nor office job prior to working there. However, Matt and Walter gave me a chance because they saw the potential in me that I didn't know I had. It was difficult at first, a lot of information to take in, fast-paced working environment, but yet exciting and challenging. Managers were very patient with me throughout the whole training process.

I worked with Boa for 1 year and half and i must say what pleasant experience. What captivated me the most is that in this company there is so much room for growth. But yet its also great training for your next job. Matt and Walter such great owners and are really involved with the employees that it make you feel good and cared about. Not to say my manager, Greatest manager I have had ever had the chance to work along side with. She is the type that if something needs to be done and the team needs help she will get down and dirty with you not just boss around and people like that now in days are

My company had a terrible experience with BOA. They hired us to make a delivery for them that was out of the ordinary (which we do). On the dispatch sheet they sent over it said nothing about delivering a transmitter up a steep windy mountain road and that we needed 4x4 and OFF ROAD forklift AND a small trailer. After starting up the road we realized there was no way we were going to make this so we had to back down over 2 miles causing significant damage to our trailer and deep scratches on our truck. We politely asked if they would cover these damages and after 3 weeks of dragging this on they

Totally blown away at this companies response times, and how they pay attention to detail. I've dealt with many Shippers and freight forwarders in the past, and this one seems to be the best at everything. Though I wish they did more international, they do an exceptional job for domestic shipments, and the pricing is very reasonable compared to leading competitors. I'd like to personally thank Pazong for all the help.
